We stay at this hotel every time we visit our family for Christmas. The rooms are pretty well maintained and provide a consistent experience. The outdoor area is useful with a fire pit and bbq. Haven't tried the pool but probably will if we visit in a warm season. The suites are valuable for if you have a kid and need to be able to close the door when they sleep.

Depending on time of year, it can be pretty expensive, considering where we are. I was expecting Chino Hills to be cheaper, but rates hover around $125-180 a night. They usually offer a pack n play if you ask for a crib, but this time, they could only offer a very large, unwieldy metal crib. Apparently, the pack n plays wore out too quickly and they did not feel like replacing them. The new cribs are much, much worse, and if you happen to use a slumber pod, they will not fit properly. We checked out the pull out bed just to see. It was very uncomfortable and very dusty. I wouldn't recommend actually using it to try and sleep.

So clean, in such a good area. Yes there’s a freeway but you can barely hear anything. The rooms are so nice and spacious , for a small room big fridge, stove and dishwasher is a good deal. So many things near by like restaurants and stores. Friendly front desk lady. Free breakfast

My boyfriend had a pretty off interaction with the lady in charge of the breakfast. She was very rude to him. For everything he did she was there saying stuff to him about not leaving stuff out and needing to clean up. As soon as he took out two slices of bread she was standing right on him telling him he needed to keep it closed. Did not sit well with me so I went down with him to get another plate. She did not give him a good look and I don’t appreciate that . That was my only issue everything else was Great the other staff were so kind.

I like that this hotel is close to the freeway, near lots of places to eat, in the same parking lot as an Urgent Care facility in case of an emergency and the overall location itself. I love that the room had a full size fridge, stove, sitting area, extra tv. I enjoyed myself here and really was able to relax. I loved the quiet, chill vibe here which is why I will return in the future.

The location was Great right near the freeway. The facilities were clean and the studio was absolutely amazing with a great view. The studio was spacious and very clean. The manager Daniel went beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant excellent customer service.

Disappointed hot breakfast wasn’t served the day we were there.

The hotel is spotless, the management is on-site, they were extremely accommodating when we needed to add another bed for my grandson 1 night. the free breakfast is open for 3 hours and has a delicious array of foods. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks cleans and well maintained.

The staff, was very professional and welcoming. The suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Linen was not very clean.

The $239 daily rate and the $16 data charges per day were not as reflected on my Booking.com reservation. $239 in excess of the $139 rate Ayres Hotel had available. Ancillary charges not expected.
