Overall while experience. Traveled for a family emergency and had to check in late called but got no answer, but then the staff called us back and we were able to speak and explain our situation. Have never had that happen before truly appreciated it.

Can’t find one thing to complain about

I love staying here with my family or by myself. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This time we had a problem with requesting a crib for my grandson. We asked for one when we checked in and almost 3 hours later, no crib. We called the front desk and 45 minutes later the crib arrived. Too late my grandson had already fallen asleep. We had to rig the bed so the baby wouldn’t fall off during the night. I would never stay here again if that had happened before. However, it was one time and I’ll see how it goes next time. If it happens again I will not stay there again. Safety is most important to me.

Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great.

The employees where exceptional: front desk, breakfast steward, and the housekeeping. Every inch of the hotel was spotless., including the exterior. The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect, and the breakfast was just amazing!

I am allergic to feather , when removing the feather pillows they replaced with two flat ones instead 4 & pillows was super flat. I had to run to Walmart to purchase my own for me & husband to be able to sleep.

The room was nice and comfortable. The common areas were well kept and clean. Breakfast was good (when they had it). Close to some decent food and coffee places.

They ran out of breakfast for a bit the morning of Christmas which led to a lot of unhappy people. Their snacks/drinks they have for sale are over prices and expired... my diet coke was expired by a couple months. Nitpicky things really, the rest of the stay was great.

Free parking right infront, deposit amount was moderate. Beds were really comfortable. Everything was so clean.

First morning some breakfast items had already ran out. But next morning i was able to get something i liked. Maybe just have more amounts available

The property was very clean and organized. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The parking area is well lit. The area looks very nice and safe. The free breakfast is sumptuous with freshly grind coffee my fave costas that never runs out 👌

The place is very clean and the most wonderful thing is the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable I literally slept like a baby in it. The area has ample space for parking and within a few feet are different restaurants. One more thing it’s free breakfast and all day coffee and tea available for consumption.

The building is pretty new, so all the facilities are new and everything is clean. I love the breakfast they have. Lived there for three days and every day the breakfast are slightly different but enough for people to choose.

No toiletries. I asked the front deck for two toothbrush and both of them cost $6. The front deck explained the building is new so that's why they don't have any toiletries.
