I liked that the room was very spacious, very affordable, and very clean! Bed was Comfy and the accessibility with parking was a plus. RIGHT next to the fwy, so location was great for in and out. There is a lot to do nearby as well, my hubs and I chose it because we try to do "Date overnighters" where we can drink and be near our stay, without paying a butt load to just enjoy a day.

Okay, the only negative for us, was the shower. OMG the water pressure was lame and the shower head was weak. I mean we got to shower with hot water, so cant be too greedy... yet we LOVE good pressure right, and this was not it.

I liked the bathtub jacuzzi, the size of the room, with everything included such as: 2 couches, desk, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, big bed, many lighting options, hair dryer, shower, drawers, 3 mirrors, and 2 sinks. It was definitely worth the price. The staff was also very nice and informative.

The iron didn't work. It kept leaking water from the bottom. Also, the fact that parking is not guaranteed with your stay. "It's a first come first serve basis." This could've risked my safety, but luckily I made it early enough to get parking.

Hotel was better than expected. I got a king room, and it was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had no issue with parking when I arrived but by night time, the place as full. I did find a spot though so it could be full if you are arriving late especially a Friday or Saturday. Right next door to a McDonalds and other fast food spots. Right next to the freeway ramps so that is very nice. I was a solo female traveler and I felt super comfortable with my stay.

The price was a bit for being in the location it is but compared to other hotels around, Id highly recommend.

I like virtually everything about this place. I especially appreciate the green gentleman that works in the evening. Very very nice person, great small talk, efficient, helpful.. I love the layout of the rooms, how the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub are separate from the rest of the room. The shower door didn't close all the way and there wasn't enough hot hot water for a bath then shower. I've stayed here multiple times and the last time the ice machine was not working. I feel like that should be a cardinal sin..

The room was huge and very clean. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such a huge hotel room with a sofa! Coffee, juices and bars were provided in the morning from 6-9am. Parking was also free! I would recommend others to stay here as the price is really reasonable for what you get.

Everything was great other than a small issue, which was that the shower head was leaking. With a bit of creativity (using the shower curtain to block out the water), we managed to ensure that no water leaked out of the bathtub. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

3 minutes away from Kaiser Hospital . This was my reason for staying here. The staff was so accommodating when I needed to add more days to my visit due to my relative being longer in critical care.

My dislikes are very minor. Some lightbulbs were burnt out, and my socks got super dirty from walking on the bare floor. These things don’t seem very important when the purpose of my stay was to be close to someone in the hospital.

The property was clean and you could see they cared about it. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, the location is really close to many food places.

The door was difficult to close, and once the housekeepers left my door ajar so I didn’t have to use my key to enter after being out all day. Thankfully I didn’t find anything missing.

Great stay

Clean, comfortable room, staff was nice and helpful, i would recommend this hotel to a friend and i will definitely be booking another stay.

There was not much that i did not like about the hotel, someone had spilled something by the steps but it was cleaned the next morning.

My room was pretty clean. All of the furniture and amenities were up to date, not broken or malfunctioning. The refrigerator was also very clean. I didn't use the microwave. I slept very well in the bed. My stay was overall positive. Staff was friendly and helpful. My neighbors were quiet and respectful. I would stay again.

The only thing I noticed was a light brown/tan "gunk" at the bottom of the toilet bowl (inside). The consistency was similar to beach/park sand and did not move once flushed. I've never seen anything like that before. However, it did not impact the functioning of the toilet.
