Clean, aesthetic, close to the airport, to Norco Assembly hall, close to stores and restaurants, plenty of food, complete toiletries, free breakfast, very soft and comfortable beds with sofa. I love our room so much and will definitely go back again.

I love our stay, I think just a few recommendations for food services, the pancakes are a bit thicker than usual, maybe for me it is, but I don’t know to other preferences. Also I think the toilet bowl in the room we stayed (234) need to check the water pipe or valve in the tank as it continues flowing the water. I’m afraid it would affect the facility’s water bills.

We liked that we were on the 1st floor. We liked that they had a laundry room. We have been here before, and we just like everything about this hotel.

Better communication. I had called at 630am, Monday morning, Aug. 14th, 2023; asking if where I parked was good because they were going to repave the parking. I was told i was good. But then I was woken up to move my car; that I wasn't parked in a good spot.

The hotel location was convenient to our needs, but it was in an odd place. The price of the room was a little high,but I assume they can charge what they want because it's the only hotel in the area. It was a very nice room and facilities.

The size of the room and the couch. It had room for another chair and it would have been nice if there had been another comfortable chair.

The property itself, my room, and the overall value was exceptional! The check-in process was very quick and easy, and the staff members were very friendly.

My bathtub faucet was leaking but it wasn’t a very big deal.

Perfect location to be close to Ontario airport. Staff was so friendly, great customer service! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Love that it has a microwave and a refrigerator that can accommodate your snacks and drinks. I could fit my daughter's wedding cake top! Spacious sitting area for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The beds are sooooo comfy and the sheets are of high quality thread count. Super soft. Highly recommend this property. Will stay again if ever in ONT.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast didn't have any bacon offered, only pork and turkey sausage, which was very good but bacon would be a great choice too. Also maybe add a starch like white rice or breakfast potatoes. Other than that? Everything was wonderful.

As mentioned in previous reviews, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shades were dark, satisfying breakfast, free wi-do and parking, and staff very accommodating and friendly. Originally, Front desk gave us a room that was really far from an elevator, and it was really difficult for my mother who had difficulty walking. I requested and after a couple of hours, was given another room closer to the elevator. But my favorite part about this hotel is the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the best was Teena, the lady who was responsible for the breakfast. She kept the dining room clean, and the food trays and dispensers filled, We were so comfortable with her that we asked for her advice on where to eat in the surrounding areas.

Not really a big thing, but hotel is located in an industrial Park area and you have to go through parked long haul trucks before getting to the hotel.

Staff was very friendly! The beds were so comfortable. Stayed here for three days for a training event that was held at the hotel.

The food was okay. Not bad, not great but just okay.

The location was convenient to the airport and where I needed to be.

There were some loud things outside from time to time, almost sounding like construction

The nigh manager Carlos was awesome! We arrived really late and he was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean.
