The room is huge and clean the ac runs cold. The tub is massive!! The wifi is great ran my fire stick with no issues. The girl at the front desk helped us get our stuff to the room. she went above and beyond and was so kind about it I think her name was Haley. The fridge is cold the microwave is clean. There is a ceiling fan.. the shuttle picks up 200 ft from our hotel. The bed is Comfy with decent pillows. A full closet. Great makeup lighting and multiple mirrors including a full body. 2 sink so we both had our own get ready area. seemed to be fairly sound proofed as I was there Fri-Sun for a festival and only heard music upon opening my door but was unable to hear from inside room.

A bit outdated. the tub was filthy had to clean it just to get into it after a long day at a music festival. Towels barely wrapped half way around me and were quite thin. the hot tub didn’t look hot and was really looking forward to that.

I liked the room size. I liked having both a bed and a couch. I liked the microwave and refrigerator area. I also appreciated having plastic hangers to use.

The maid service could have been better. They never made the bed, and I’m not talking about new sheets. I’m talking about plain making the bed. I had to ask for clean towels after I realized they wouldn’t just bring them daily. Some days I would get three, some days two, and a couple of days four. However, I only had to tell the front desk once that I wanted clean towels daily, and I got them.

Very cute aesthetic. Quick and easy check in. Comfy room and reasonable priced. Would definitely stay here again!

More pillows. Only had 3, I was thinking 4 would have been more reasonable for 2 people sharing a bed. Other than that, everything was great.

we had two rooms with connecting door very large rooms and very nicely maintained comfortable beds and sheets very nice front desk staff great parking great wifi big bathrooms rooms have wet bars with sinks and coffee makers excellent hotel will go back each time I’m in Ontario from now on!

they didn’t have breakfast which I think covids over they should bring it back

The staff was very accommodating & helpful with all my needs & the bed was very comfortable.

My only fault I had was no breakfast yet eventho alot of hotels I've stayed at withing the area all offer breakfast in the morning.

The lady at the check-in was very nice friendly, upgraded my room for free which was really really nice, the stay was clean, pleasant and quiet..

The property has a very nice aesthetic to it, the rooms were spacious & cleaned! Pleasant staffs!

Front Desk staff was so pleasant and welcoming! She made my first impression of the hotel great! Everything was beautifully kept up! My rooms was also very nice! Location was also perfect.

My only complaint is that I saw a cockroach in my room the morning of my check out, other than that everything was great!

The room was clean, as was the restroom. Very spacious, and comfortable. Loved that it didn't smell like stale cigarettes, like some old hotels do.

The mattress was a little hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. For a 1 night stay it was a little pricey.

When we got in, the room was dirty. However, it was cleaned by the hotel staff and turned out to be ok.
