We love that it's close to the shops & restaurants. The staff are friendly & accommodating esp the one who looks like Ed Sheeran. He was very nice. The pool & the spa are amazing too! The room is very spacious & the whole hotel is very clean.

We were stuck in the elevator for a few mins but it was ok. It was just a minor technical issue which was resolved quickly. The breakfast could use some bacon & variation esp for guests staying more than 3 days.

Room was nice with mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent. More than I expected. Bathroom was nice offset. Tv channels were good with good size TV. Nice king sized rooms.

Wasn't informed of the deposit up front. It was fine and the money went back on my card after we checked out but, he said the bill was $75 more than booking.com said and once I asked why then he explained it was just a deposit. They had an odd, long list up of all the forms (of legal payment) they don't accept. Glad I had a visa credit card

The hotel receptionist made sure that my family needs were met. We needed to change rooms due to an unexpected guest and she took care of it without hassel. The breakfast was good. It was centrally located to resturants and stores. It was right off the interstate which was a plus.

I don't have any complaints about our stay.

Stay was great! Very clean and comfortable. In a good location. The breakfast was amazing, especially the waffles that you get to make yourself. Plus the 2 ladies that worked breakfast were super nice and welcoming, helped my daughter with the waffle maker, she really enjoyed it. It’s a great place to stay.

Clean and design of the inside (felt like a mini apartment and I loved it) as well as the location (nice isolation away from the freeway and busy roads)

Lack of vending machines… would’ve been 10/10 if there were vending machines in the upper floors of the facilities

comfortable bed, parking spaces, variety of breakfast options, thick walls + barely hear anything down the hall/ above or below rooms

mini fridge barely kept anything semi cold, the floors and pullout were dirty, the doors have to either be kept open or closed otherwise it would shut, call for extra towels took 5 hours and they are so incredibly thin

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Ontario. The room was so spacious and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

They could have had towels at the pool. But we also went early in the morning and it was cold, so they may not have thought anyone would be using it.

The night staff was great. The gentleman really went above and beyond to help me with my laundry. Excellent Customer Service!

A little on the noisy side. Walls are then. Wanted to rest and could hear guest walking upstairs and neighbors talking

The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed making the waffles and I had plenty of time to go downstairs and enjoy myself.

The bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper, so I used a towel to cover so nothing would fall through.

Great location. Loved the hotel, however it could be cleaner. I’m not a clean freak but there was hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Other than that the staff were really kind.
