The hotel and stay overall was good. Most staff were friendly.

The reason we chose this hotel is because it advertised offering a shuttle, however it only offers rides to/from the airport in a very narrow window in the morning (something like 5am-10am), and was not available during the time we needed it. I wish we had known this prior to booking. We ended up moving to a different hotel after the first night that had more flexible shuttle services to accommodate our logistical plans. They do not have their own van, but will utilize a ride share app to get you the ride.

So many things to list. The staff was wonderful and amazing. Plenty of parking. Good free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Amazing breakfast. Great cable TV. Great Dove products in the restroom. Calm quiet atmosphere. The Holiday Inn is way way better than the double tree. The staff went above and beyond and offered us free breakfast coupons because we were evacuated from our home because of a fire. I was with my wife and our eight month old daughter and will always remember the warm hospitality from the holiday inn.

Can't think of anything really. Even though the hotel is right next to the airport and the freeway , it was still very quiet.

Best breakfast in a long time. Very clean and helpful staff. Food was fantastic. Alot of options and something that would recommend to anyone traveling to a Holiday Inn location that offers such a wide variety. Biscuits and gravy!, bacon! beautiful potatoes, drinking orange juice out of really clean and nice glass. Thank you

Well, where do i start...I did not like i could not stay at the hotel longer than i did. Amenities were awesome, hotel staff from the greeting to the end of my stay were so courteous and helpful. I felt safe knowing my truck was parked in a well-lit area and with a use of a parking pass. Nothing bad to say about this experience.

Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

We ate dinner in the cafe. There was a weekend gymnastics tournament in the Conference Center across the street and participants had stayed in the hotel. As a result there was a limited menu (and no wine) to be served. Service was acceptable and the waiter tried hard.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I stayed there for two nights while taking the bar exam in the Ontario convention center and was pleasantly surprised. My executive room was huge, fully equipped with everything I could have ever dreamed of, was extremely clean and comfortable. I want to command the hotel staff, which was outstandingly friendly and accommodating.

The two things that prevent me from giving my stay a 10 rating are: the very loud Air-conditioner in the room (it was unbearable) and the loud noise from the street and airplanes... It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe try installing sound proof windows for better isolation.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the pillows! The housekeeping staff was so nice. The front desk receptionists were very welcoming. I loved that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby everyday at all times.

The only issue we had was loud upstairs guests. They stomped on the floor when they walked and kept jumping and making so much noise at night that would wake us up. We called the front office to see if they could call and ask them to keep it down but it did not help.

My stay was great. Litsi (sp?) at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving the problem in my room. She is kind, friendly, and very efficient.

The first room had a malfunctioning heat/ac unit. I called a few times . Maintenance never did come. The gal at the front desk, Litsi (sp?), finally came up and diagnosed the problem. She could not fix it, so she gave me another room.

Everything was nice and clean, even though they were doing renovations everything was still nice

My only issue is that the bathroom lighting in my room was horrible. There was one small ceiling light above the shower that was good but it does not light up the whole bathroom. The light above the sink was super dim.

Had no trouble signing in but then the key and room number were mixed up. The staff immediately fixed the problem and sent the manager with us to make sure all continued smoothly. The front desk then comped drinks while waiting for a provided free ride to our event. Very much made us feel accommodated for the mistake with room and keys.

Could hear footsteps & stomping from 3rd floor above us. The lobby and The parking could use an update or sprucing up. Repaint and replace pavement. Add flowers or succulents.
