The A/C didn’t work at all.

Yes I want to say that the staff at front desk is incredibly awesome I want to acknowledge George , Queanna, and Francis, whom have done in incredible job helping me with some booking issues that I had. They where just awesome with so much patience and calm demeanor they made me feel great about a dumb booking era that was 100% my fault. I want the owners to know that these individuals are very special employees and should be acknowledged as great employees. Nice big room, open space loved the little living room

When it came to check the lady was just standing there watching us take our stuff out of the room and waiting. It's not like we're a late check out either she was just hovering at the door wried did not like that. She even walked in and looked around like ok u can leave

The front desk was considerate during my 12am check in that Saturday. The ice cup provided with the bpa free plastic bag fit perfectly into the freezer. The suite was extremely cozy and comfortable with 2 tvs and a couch. Breakfast was included. Laundry and a small gym. Pool with jacuzzi. Bathroom well provided. Will book more to come.

The rooms are huge! Nice area! The courtyard is beautiful. Big pool but wish it was summer! Has a gift shop you can get all kids of snacks and all kinds of things, the owner is nice! They have elevators!

I been here about 3 weeks and I asked if they had a laundry they said the washers and dryers are all broken. I asked one of the house keepers after 2 weeks of being here they said yes they had washers and dryers but they are on the third floor! They have a club house for food that is always closed. There is only one ice machine that is always out of ice.

This is my second time at this location customer service is starting to drop a little but I love the one bedroom apartment Style Suite very roomy very comfortable

The customer service is not accommodating in the right way if you want extra towels you have to bring them your dirty towels to exchange that doesn't feel right with me some rooms have microwaves some do not all rooms should be consistent I don't want to go to the lobby to warm up my sandwich at 1:00 in the morning there's only one ice machine for such a big place it should have more than one. I do understand that they are part of the homeless Exchange program which is great I like to see people off the streets but I don't want to be treated as such you have to separate your guests who are paying $300 for a couple days for customer service and not treat everyone as if they're part of the program

The price was excellent. Great value. The room was nice and big. We all fit comfortably. The beds could have been a bit more comfy. I stayed in the sofa bed. So it was ok. Just had to ask for more bed sheets.

The AC felt like it needs a filter change. It was over 100 degrees out and the air just felt like it was being recirculated. Had to ask the staff for a fan.

Well I loved how awesome/beautiful the hotel looks, rooms are huge beds are very comfortable you have two big TV's, good location and best of all the front desk staff are all great very polite and willing to help. Love you Vanllee

The only thing I can think of was the A/C was not to cooled but it was good enough.....I like it cooled but that's me.

Very nice facility. Rooms are comfy. Couch and foot rest really liked. Ice machine is a plus. Refrigerator with freezer is a plus. Parking choices valuable. I'd give them 10 if it wasn't for the cockroaches that reproduce on their own without any intercourse.

Cockroaches in some rooms but not all. 1 out of 3 stays.

Despite the fact that this is a really old property the grounds are kept very neatly and the pool area is clean and family friendly.

Nothing major. It’s probably not the hotels fault but the Hamilton‘s steak House was closed. After seeing the signage from the freeway I thought it was going to be I find dining experience.
