The room was excellent even if there was a room reservation mix-up but the wonderful morning staff including the hotel director fixed that issue. Overall pretty good stay.

Wish there was security cruising around at night because there was an uninvited guest was looking thur the cars including mine that left a scratch on the side door and loose bumper but it happens, I've stayed in much more worse hotels. Sheriff drive by every now and then. But if the dogs are walking it's safe. Home away from home.

Everyone should be aware if they don't know already because most locals know this place is terrible. Not so much the literal rooms, but if you expect to be treated like you or your money is worth anything think again because these people act like rabid pigs. The dwarf sized quarterback anger issue having "manager" is verbally abusive and threatening with zero articulation skills, zero skills on how to de-escalate situations that turn into arguments because she's so egregious and has a severe complex issue due to her power trip. Unfortunately we didn't have our physical ID and explained we have very clear front and back pictures of our licenses that are valid until 2027 that matched our social security cards and obviously our faces are exact matches and they matched multiple other forms of ID. Yet she denied that as an option so then my friend went checked us in. We told her due to losing our entire life with the pasadena fire it has been hard getting documents and dmv us extremely backed up. She didn't care and threatened us with the police because she said "This is my show I run the show!! Then said to us to get out and hurry up or shes calling the cops and the proceeded to then call the cops. As confusing as this story is is as confused as we were.

Amazing deal for the area, strong ac once we were settled in our second room. Absolutely amazing for people with dogs (no additional fees assessed even though we stayed with two , including a medium sized pit bull/husky mix. Poop bags provided in several locations on the grounds (though some ungrateful a-holes opted not to use them).

Was not informed that breakfast was available. Had to change rooms because the air conditioner was broken in our first room and we were staying there during the worst heat wave of the year. Also, the fridge sucked

I have stated this Motel 6 several times and have never been disappointed in the cleanliness overall of the rooms and the entire area of the motel. I wish there were a refrigerator and microwave automatically in every room but other than that I was very satisfied with my stay. And the staff are always marvelous there!

I would prefer not to have to pay extra for refrigerator and microwave in the room and wish that they would come in every room. A coffee maker would be a nice touch as well. That is sorely missed.

would be nice to have two seats (not bench) outside Office. I have chronic back issues and standing up waiting for a ride was miserable. I said seats because I understand you do not want homeless hanging out and using bench to sleep on. Not fancy seats just something to set on

The mix of people from locals to folks from near by city's enjoying the weekend or like myself there with family and the crazy young people having crazy moments that Involved police and the food and stores are all near by in one cluster are block by block so u had access to everything from food, stores, gas, specialty, freeways, & nature.

The motel staff were pretty nice. No complaints here. The room itself was pretty clean, except the floors. We ended up buying a mop, they were so gross. But the entire motel was open, well light and there was no clutter or bums at the parking lot.

The room floor need to be cleaned at least monthly, so your feet don't stick to the floor.

I love that is spotless, allows me to bring my doggies, and has restaurants right in the same parking lot – super convenient!

I didn’t like that some rooms have connecting doors to other rooms, and the noise from the family next door made it difficult to sleep until they turned off their TV.

The air conditioner kept going out, felt like a Sauna. Went to another room only half the air worked , then went to the 3 rd room and the Tv cables were unattached my daughter had to plug them all in, so when we got that to work the volume on the remote control was not working.. the next morning maintenance came and fix the problem.

The management here down to the housekeepers are all very very nice and professional. They treat you like family here. My family and I have never been mistreated here or made to feel uncomfortable. This Motel 6 is what above and beyond looks like. I can tell the manager treats her staff with respect and shows them appreciation, hence why it's reciprocated to the guests.
