The staff was very nice, patient, and even worked with me while I had an issue with my booking. The lobby Vending Machines had card readers and accepted Apple Pay. So you dont have to run to the store to grab what your craving. The rooms were way bigger than they seemed, and they gave a cozy modern vibe. I also liked their cable with on demand. Its not Netflix but you can watch live tv and stream movies, anime, and tv shows. So you can still binge your favorite shows.

The restrooms didnt have locks but not a big issue.

I love how there's a lil kitchen and the cable channels etc pretty big room and as long as everything is out by check out they always give u back the deposit.

I didn't know they have blue towels u could ask for if u ever happen to want to clean up a mess in ur room. If u use the white towels n u make them black they will pull it from ur deposit. Although the house cleaning lady will try to remove it before they actually take ur money. F y.i. so at least their fair.

The outlets in room 142 did not work...well...most...had to buy an extension cord for my cpap machine. Not a big deal...what WAS a big deal is we could not use the hot tube due to screaming kids. for hours!!! I was in pain and looking forward to it. I understand the kids were just having fun but maybe you could have an ADULTS only hour like 7-10.

What can I say...I love Red Roof they are the best, also I'd like to acknowledge Lisa she the manager here at the Red roof...she is the best, awesome, wonderful, fair manager. Have a problem? Talk to Lisa she cares and she fair, love you Lisa ..your great. Sincerely, Don A Butterfield

Not enough parking.., Microwave didn’t work. And needs more light in the room.. however, beds were comfortable staff was great

The room was good, and that's all i can really say. The bed was okay, not the best. The restroom was decent and I liked the microwave, fridge, and complimentary coffee. The ppl there were loud and at night they woke me up a couple of times. Ppl didn't smoke where they were supposed to as well. I like all the food places nearby and stores nearby.if

Bed super comfy they came thought with my request. My daughter loved her room super clean it was spectacular. I was very pleased with my daughters room.

We had 2 rooms my daughters room was super clean. My room I had to clean shower before I was able to shower and the toilet had poop around the rim coffee maker was drity also hair dryer. Light switches you were able to tell it was drity spring clean would be nice.my fone fell behind the night stand I moved to get it and it was super dusty. Dust bunnies. The hair dryer in my daughters room didn't work.

Well I like the staff , the services and the size of the rooms, everyone is very friendly and a good family type feel to the Red Roof hotel. I love it here.

The beds could be a bit more firm, also more water pressure when you take a shower other than that it's great here

I don't like how they jack up the prices for rooms when there's events going on in the area. Even for people not attending those events and for people that already have a room and just want to extend their stay. I went from paying $100 a night to $140! A night for the same room!
