I loved how close the room was to the elevator.i love the location.
Checking in was very frustrating. I was $1.74 short on my card but had 3 hundred dollars in cash and they couldn't make an exception or take my cash . I had to walk a mile and half away in the dark ...under freeway bridge that felt very unsafe...just to load the $1.74 onto my card. I've stayed several times...you think they would disregard the minimal amount as there were a few times that I booked rooms with broken bed and not cleaned thoroughly but I never complained.

The rooms are equipped with built in cooking area to prepare or warm up your meals, sink to wash the dishes. Although they don’t provide breakfast they would here and then set up a coffee bar with snacks in the lobby for their guest. Centrally located this hotel is surrounded with many close by shopping malls and restaurants.
You can’t open the windows to get fresh air, especially after cooking. Issues with key card to get into your room.

The room was large, clean, and had a full kitchen which was great for a week long stay. Plus the place was billed as pet and family friendly and I saw many patrons with pets and kids. But the walls must be very thick Because I rarely heard any noise from the children or the dogs that I knew were in the building. The front desk and the cleaning stuff were also very friendly
My only problem was that the lobby and halls smelled like cigarette smoke and pot.

This is San Gabriel Valley's "Golden Nugget!" ESSD is my absolute favorite hotel and offers the amenities and quality I seek in my travels. The staff/service is EXCEPTIONAL! 💯

Location was best based on why I was there. Was not in the room enough to accurately evaluate. Maribel who assisted me at check in was very friendly and greeted me each time I came in.

The courtesy of all the staff. The staff is so welcoming and helpful with all that is in there control.
I liked everything, ok, I didn't like that I didn't have my dog with me because I like the doggy section

The girl @ the front desk was a breath of fresh air . She did everything to make sure I was taken care of completely.

Convenient to venue. Had rooms available during a high occupancy event weekend.
Hall on 3rd floor had trash & a broom left leaning on the wall for 3 days.

Very close to freeway and easy to access Safe parking lot
If u have any problems during night very difficult to find help. Lobby is not staffed until morning
