That there was a very nice restaurant in the hotel

I accidentally forgot my wallet at home, but I had pictures of my ID on my phone. I explain the staff member the situation and she refused to let us check in the room and i already had reserved the room and hotel has my credit card account. I had to drive back to my house which is in Yucca Valley CA to pick up wallet, turned around time was four hours. I cannot believe they don’t make exceptions when a guest is out of town. Policy’s should be different

The bartender, Christian was awesome! That guy is friendly, down to earth, and was cool to interact with during my stay. His service was top-notch--always quick with a fresh beverage and menu recommendations. His Dirty Martini rocked. He also made sure I got the most out of the Happy Hour specials. Say hello to him for me. Tell him Tom and the people that had problems with the barstools will be back soon--he'll remember us!

We like staying there and the convenience of going to the restaurant in the property Vita. However this time the food was horrible. We were so disappointed with the quality of the food.

Disappointed with the food from Vita. We ended up going back to our room hungry. The restaurant is one of the main reasons we pick staying at this facility. Is a shame they change the chef and quality of the food.

Room was nicely equipped with a small refrigerator, work desk, nice size TV, and comfy King bed. Got several texts from the manager? asking if everything was good and if I needed anything so communication was great. Nice Italian restaurant is right next door as well.

The outside parking lot is built on a hill so there aren't any slots that aren't slopped unless you park in the lower garage area.

I enjoyed the stay, private, quiet, clean and spacious. Enjoyed they had a bar and restaurant on premises and room services makes things more interesting. Oh before I forget, the cookie upon arrival added the cherry on top.

I did not like the parking, a little confusing, the rooms were a little far away and entrance was hidden.

I liked the covered parking without an extra fee. I liked the clean room, lobby, common areas. I liked the decor throughout.

The bed was too firm for me, but I know most people like a firm bed. I would not be able to sleep in that bed for more than a couple nights. Just a personal preference. Pillows were VERY comfy.

Breakfast AMAZING! Location perfect for us.

Having to pay for parking. Our room was dirty. Bathroom doors white and splattered with something and could tell they hadn’t been wiped at all. Was no conditioner in bottle in shower. Things I would expect housekeeping to check between each guest

Clean, modern, friendly staff

Only option for breakfast Sunday am was a very pricey brunch or boxes of cereal & little cartons of milk or juice (pop tarts, etc) from their little lobby quickie mart. Would have been really nice to have some option for fresh food before heading out for the day.

The first room looked out on the freeway so I asked if we could have a room with a view and the person on the desk very kindly offered us another room with a better view. Also another desk clerk printed something out for me that I needed and was unable to print myself.

Windows were dirty, but that is understandable since it recently rained. The interior was spotless. There was a hole in the wall where the phone plugs in. No TV guide. Pool not heated.

The associates were very attentive, and friendly.The room was nice and clean and it being near freeway ,made it easy to get to my daughters graduation..

Breakfast included with stay.
