How comfortable the bed king size bed was.

I liked the location to food & shopping. My room was (I think) newly renovated & the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I didn't like that the hotel was "under construction". That wasn't mentioned on the website. Being under construction, the main entrance was "underwhelming". As for my room, it looked renovated but they reused the old couch that was in the room before (I assume) because it had a couple of stains on it. (Needless to say, we didn't sit on that.) And the ac/fan wouldn't stay on. It came on, maybe twice, & then cut off. I use white noise when I sleep so I don't hear all the other "hotel noises".

The hotel was totally booked the night I stayed. It was hard for the staff to keep up with the breakfast. It seems the amounts that can be prepared and presented do not meet the demand. The staff did their best. There were periods of time when there was no hot eggs, sausage, bacon or potatoes were available.

Good sized breakfast for everyone in our family. There was a hot tub which we enjoyed one night. The room was a great size for a family of 3 (one toddler and two adults) and we were very comfortable.

Some things weren't as clean as expected.

Breakfast was great. I liked the choices, which worked for gluten free and dairy free people too.

I understand that renovations need to take place. I would have appreciated a heads-up about the renovation, as when we arrived, we could almost not get to the registration station because of all the drop cloths. I booked through booking.com and also called the hotel. Advance notice would have helped.

The gal that ran the breakfast - she was so helpful, sweet, and caring. Front desk gal was also very kind and helpful.

No tub - my wife enjoys baths.

Perfect location, exceptionally clean rooms.

Housekeeping continuously knocked on our door from 9am until check out, not to mention the first time they knocked they also opened the door on my husband and I in bed. I had to yell so the lady would not walk in. They should at least wait until check out time to walk into rooms like that. Not violating people's privacy.

Very clean facility that was under some minor construction. Spa was hot, convenient to restaurants within walking distant. I was told that they have great breakfasts, I wasn't that impressed but folks did fill up the seating and ate.

the breakfast was very good. We all ate there. The place was very clean and quiet. At night the outside was with lots of lights. We were at the swimming pool. the swimming pool was very clean. We have a very good time there. thank you

staff was so helpful and I liked it had a couch bed for more space to sleep. breakfast was excellent.

jacuzzi was not working and we really wanted to go In and relax. The person fixing the food made us u comfortable asking what room we were staying in as if we just came in to eat breakfast and it was rude.
