The ambiance entering the hotel is relaxing and inviting, yet simple. Early check-in was made available. Unfortunately, the other room was not ready at the early check-in, and when ready was reeking heavily of cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free facility. The front desk quickly changed the room with ease. Breakfast was standard scrambled eggs, circle sausage patties, waffle makers, and a few other small items, which was perfect for the visit, keeping things in a routine manner (much needed at that time. Gym equipment needs a little TLC maintenance but worked out great, better than most other hotels have provided, in fact. Pool was not used, but very small.

Our room had a couple defects (curtain rod was broken off for example) and the pool was not very clean. The staff also seemed like they didn’t believe me and seemed irritated when I requested pool towels to be provided outside because it was empty. The staff said “it’s already stocked, but we will double check”

Place was clean. Parking seemed to be safe wasn’t worried about my truck in the parking lot. Beds were comfortable. Room clean and smelled good ac/heater worked great. I would stay there again for sure!

Nothing I can think of other than the coffee maker wasn’t working in the breakfast area but it happens I made coffee in my room so it worked out. No complaints

Courteous staff, good location. Room was clean, and parking was easy. Snacks in the lobby were handy.

The shower ran out of hot water and my wife had to take a cold shower. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. The sausage was cold and they were out of eggs for about 30 minutes. But it's free. We had two ceiling lights out in our room.

Location is great. Rooms where much tidier than expected with cleaning services each day. The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful.

The breakfast bar could have been better with a better fruit variety. The yogurt machine and the eggs both ran out and it took asking the front desk for help. The front desk person had too much responsibility.

Very clean room and spacious. The breakfast was good. Check in and out were easy with nice staff.

The noise from the lobby as we tried to go to sleep. We were located nearby. We needed sleep because we were tired from having evacuated from the Eaton Fires.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I took a shower with the door closed and the bathroom steamed up.

It was super clean. Very spacious. Comfy bed. We were so tired we didn’t use the jacuzzi bath !! But it looked inviting Apart from running around the shower cubicle to get wet …. It was a great stay.

The shower was DREADFUL!!

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working. I was transferred immediately to a room that I preferred as it was overlooking where my car was parked.

Average, but being included was nice. Saved me from having to go to a restaurant nearby.

Hotel cost was fine, but I made another reservation for nextyear and the price was $50 more per night. Not reasonable.
