Comfort suites hotel was a very nice and clean. I love the ambience. The staff is very friendly and I ended up staying two more nights last minute. the front staff was very nice lady name Emily. It was an easy process checking in. they also have free breakfast and free parking. If you’re in this area in La puente. I definitely recommend you staying here. It’s 30min away from LA city depending on traffic but it’s close to shopping centers, coffee, shops, restaurants, fast food, and the best of all they have Portos bakery a few minutes away. 40 minutes from the beach depending on traffic you know it’s LA. Good prices! They have fridge, microwave for all the snacks and drinks. Nice view out the window.

There was a small issue with the latch of the door it didn’t close/lock. I asked one of the employees and she helped me. She just told me to close it hard so when I close the door hard it locked it. but I feel bad because I had a kind of slam the door I hope I didn’t bother the neighbors. 😅the WiFi didnt work I tried logging in and it wouldn’t but it’s okay I wasn’t on my phone too much only when I got in my bed. other than that no complaints.

Great stayed in this suits. Location was perfect. Service was excellent. Everything was clean. Food had a variety to choose from even for my picky eaters.

The only thing didn’t like was the bathroom door that lack in my cousin. She waited for a bit and had to be broken to open up. However the hotel staff was apologetic and got us a new room in no time.

We traveled with a party of six and rented the one of the suites. The entire staff was amazing and so accommodating to all of our needs including the staff at front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping. All of our requests were accommodated and everyone was very friendly.

Hotel was not a new fancy hotel but it met all of our needs and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, multiple choices for everyone. We were all very pleased with the hospitality and vibe of the hotel.

The location, the value and the cleanliness of the property!

That I was double charged for my stay and I still haven’t received the correct refund probably because of the early check out due to a family emergency. Her stay was for only 1 night instead of 2, so am I still responsible for the second night regardless?

Over all a very good value of money. Breakfast options were really good . kept on changing the menu every day . morning staff really good The front desk staff, the kitchen staff and housekeeping staff all were really nice and welcoming. good for families stay. value for money

Bit outside the city of LA on the east end, a long drive to downtown with Traffic

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Always a smile and always providing help and getting what we were asking for. Good staff is hard to find and even harder to keep. In fact they earned the hotel the ten points, because the hotel is not the best in the world. But when you feel good, it makes up to some weaknesses. Patrons are sitting in the lobby at night chatting, doesn't it say enough? We slept very well!

The breakfast is... ...ok. One day (the bacon day) it was good.

The size of the room was great. Perfect for 2 people

I had asked for an early check in, 12p, and had confirmation but once I arrived they didn’t have the room ready till 2p. The woman behind the desk said they didn’t get anything in regards to my early check in because I had booked through a third party.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. they offered a good breakfast and the rooms were really nice.

The main light in the room has a motion sensor, that is very sensitive and might turn on the light in the middle of the night, when you turn around in bed.

EVERYTHING!!! Diana was very helpful with breakfast, checking out , giving direction. She was there just making sure everyone was taken good care of ! The breakfast was delicious. The Rooms were comfortable, clean and cold!!! I love it ! When I go to visit LA again this will be my hotel of choice !

Staff very professional. Front desk check in and check out. Woman in charge of morning breakfast was splendid and helpful. Room clean up housekeeper was also very nice directing us to other things available for us. We left tips to the breakfast attendent and in the room for our housekeeper. Thank you for a nice stay there. 🙏
