The rooms are really, really pretty and very clean. I didn't hear any noises from other guests. It is close to.some cool shops and restaurants. I felt safe, and the manager walks a lot to watch the property.

There was a bit of interpersonal conflict with the lady at the front desk, but we were able to kind of resolve it over time. I will still stay there again, but be aware she appears to have an atitude, it may just be a cultural difference.

The shower was wonderful. I felt safe getting in and out. The room was well designed. Clean. The bed and pillows were great. Even the landscape was very nice.

I would have given a 10 except for 2 things. 1. Not enough soap and shampoo. Maybe you should use the refillable bottles that go on the wall. 2 the shower needs a shelf or a soap dish, something to hold stuff. Over all a great job. One of the best we have been this year.

Garden Inn and Suites met my expectations for a clean and quiet place to stay. It was with in walking distance of services. The suite was comfortable and I liked having a small kitchen area to prepare simple meals.

The Wifi was slow. Also the bed was a little too soft for my taste but might be fine for others. These are not really concerns and I really had an excellent stay at the Garden Inn and Suites. Housekeeping couldn't have been better

The staff were super nice and friendly and the property is located near many restaurants and stores. There is also a small convenience store at the enterance of the property.

There were a couple things in the room that were broken. For example, the restroom doorknob and one of the locks from the entrance door.

Really enjoyed this hotel - we prefer staying in smaller hotels with some character, and this one fits the bill. Room was huge, with all required amenities, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV. Staff were excellent and very responsive: our toilet malfunctioned overnight and as soon as we reported it to the manager he came up and fixed it. Large window has a privacy shade where you can still see out, but others cannot see in, which was nice, as there are colorful flower boxes and plants outside on the railings. Location was fairly quiet, for the area, and you can easily walk to several stores and eateries. There are some parking spots under cover, which was nice, as it rained overnight.

We could not get the TV to work, but not sure if that was due to the storm or if it was just complicated. We did not bring up this issue to the manager, as we don't need a tv, but I am sure he would have fixed it or shown us how to use it if we had - he was very helpful.

Hotel room was big and sizeable rooms were clean onsite laundry was simple but welcomed - staff had change for the machine as only took quarters complimentary takeaway breakfast was unexpected and welcomed - juice, apple, danish per person

the hotel was far away from downtown but this is reflected in the price took 1 hr to drive into LA - Santa Monica. Highway nearby so was easy enough

The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. Cynthia always has a smile on her face, is super friendly, and helps out with any issues. She deserves a raise, the new management is very nice too. Thank you, guys.

The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Big rooms, with microwave, refrigerator, parking and lots of greenery. It also included a modest continental breakfast.

Continental breakfast didn't have much variety or food; just from 7:30-9:30am. Too short.

Accommodation very basic but also very clean and comfortable. Window treatments in our room were modern and attractive. Crown molding was a nice addition.

Is my families go to hotel when staying in town. Near downtown, resturants and shopping. It's affordable and the owners are polite and very helpful. Thank you!
