I was good, it is a decent place for a good price.

Breakfast was not good at all. I just did not like that the coffee was horrible, it tasted like water or tea... they only have one waffle machine that was not working properly, and it needed some deep cleaning. On my second day I tried to get some milk and the milk was spoiled. I told the employee about it and he just removed the milk container but did not bring any more milk... Everything was ok, but breakfast was not good. I ended up going to Starbucks to get some coffee.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and gas stations. There wasn't alot of people wondering around making noise like other places I have stayed in. Overall, I had a pleasant stay & I would definitely stay here again.

There was no hot water to take a shower, I let the water run for a good 5 min and all I got was warm more cold than warm water. I was freezing. Also, I left my charger behind and you would think the cleaning people would turn it in but when I went back the next day no one had turned it in. So be careful with things you leave behind.

Staff at the breakfast nook are exceptional. Keeping the room clean. Refilling items. Very hospitable. The ladies who clean the rooms are exceptional. Accommodating. Friendly. The front desk is friendly and greets everyone.

The curtain in the room is broken. The tile in the shower can use a good scrub. The vent in the air conditioner has pieces of food in it.

The property was clean and decent. Serene without noise. Excellent customer service. I almost cancelled because of poor reviews but I’m glad that I did not cancel. No bed bugs as alleged, I had warm water for baths contrary to allegations, I wasn’t required to deposit cash of $100 or $200 contrary to the advertisement. A lot of choices for eating out available and within walking distance. Overall, I had good value for my money and would definitely be back.

The room was clean amd could get fresh towels when needed.

There were 3 instances in the middle of the night where the new neighbors would come.in hollering and having a good time. Another time there was a loud fight. Also during the day a meth head came.up to my floor and asked if she could have a bowl of meth. Safety was my #1 concern.

The room was nice and comfortable.

The ice machine was out of order and it look like a heap of junk abandoned by the elevator. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke every time we got in it. We were in a non smoking room, the people who were in the room next to us were smoking right out the door. We had small kids and I was turned off that they had to endure second hand smoke.

I myself think Upaul is a great manager super friendly very helpful and I have the up most respect for Upaul and all the great employees he has working for him at Ramada#1 by Wyndham. Your the best Upaul thanks for your service and always making me feel like family! I will always be a return customer..

Giving me the room for free. Which I would not take because you deserve to be paid for the great service .

My son and I were passing through the city and stayed for one night. The facilities are old but very well maintained, very clean, excellent shower and good quality beds. We would stay more nights without any problem, excellent location with exit to the highway and with several restaurants and shops around.

The staff repair man he was awesome . Aida awesome super helpful will to make your stay the best stay ever I give her a 10 I loved her great attitude and always cleaning and disinfecting front desk/office. Loved Upaul he was awesome the best you asked him for anything ... You got it ... Any issues he handled it that a true professional that's why he's the manager the main Man. Upaul gets a 10 rating from me love you ur the best period!

Well there wasn't enough lighting for me that is. The number 1 thing for any one staying long term... This hotel only allows you 28 days max no exceptions!!! I hated this and tried to go along with this maximum 28 day stay. I found no other hotel that I could find in a 50 mile radius that I would stay at had the maximum of 28 day stay. So ultimately while I waited for my house loan to go thru and left and went somewhere else that didn't force me to leave after 28 days. Other than this I called the Ramada my Home until I bought a residential home to call home. Peace out I still have nothing but love for all the great employees I call my friends and got to know like a family. Great place to stay as long as you don't max your time there.

I liked the pre check in on line. I liked the girls at the front desk great attitude very professional.

That I could not get an early check-in asking for 1pm instead of 3pm. I im a diamond card holder with Wyndham hotel chain.
