Good location, close to airport. Comfortable rooms, nice pool area, good dining options

they sort of nickle and dime you, 15 dollars for a room in the main building, 35 dollars for early check in, 17 dollars for parking in what is a massive parking lot

I recently stayed at this hotel suite for a night before my early morning flight, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The suite was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a few minutes away from the airport. It made catching my flight a breeze without the usual stress of a long commute. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a smooth process. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent — I barely noticed the airport noise at all, which was a huge plus. Overall, this hotel suite exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be staying here again when I have another early flight. Highly recommend!

Location is great, facilities and ground is beautiful. However, the room was only cleaned when I asked due to some ridiculous rule that I need to stay 3 nights for housekeepers. It was not bath wash in the bathroom and when requested few little bottles were dropped, iron was not working, and there were not enough towels.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took into consideration that I was traveling with my dogs and made sure we had easy access to the potty area.

The room was near the mechanical room which staff was in and out of multiple times throughout the night.

Breakfast was a menu not an open buffet, and the price was reasonable. Location and area were clean and many things were a walking distance from the hotel.

You had to ask the staff to clean your room rather than automatically clean the it. Front-desk staff were friendly, but some were more professional than others.

The staff were welcoming and kind. We had to stay a few nights because of a house fire. Our sons (12&10) enjoyed the pool and were comfortable in the room with us. The property is large and we got a nice room at a great rate for our last minute stay

They were out of their signature warm cookies every time we checked with the front desk. Our boys were pretty bummed about it.

It was still lively at the late hour we arrived.

The lack of supplies in the room. Only two towels and one bar of soap. It was two queen beds so there were three of us and one bar of soap for two sinks, one behind door in bathroom and one outside of door. And soap in shower was a dispenser on wall. Elevator was super old. Back building needs desperate renovations for price of one night stay.

Rooms were modern and clean, grounds were clean and pool area was very nice. Fully equipped gym and lots of things to do right on site. Check in staff were very kind and welcoming with warm cookies.

Front desk didn’t respond well to calls for towels or housekeeping. I went to the front desk to get room supplies myself and they told me to go back to my room and someone would be up. Understaffed and frustrated. Understandable

There should be more security at big events. Especially in the parking had a scary experience on the property. For I will not attend anymore events at this location. Ended my experience at the location on a bad note

We arrived an hour early and the staff helped us right away. We requested a room close to the convention center and they gave us the perfect room and we found perfect parking. Our first floor room was very quiet. The beds and bedding are always so comfy at your hotels and we appreciate that. Thank you.

There was nothing to not like! The hotel exceeded expectations.
