The location was amazing and perfect. It was close by to multiple restaurants and not to far away from stores. Checking out and In was an easy process, the women who checked us in was also lovely. I loved how recycling bins were avaible inside the room. And loved the small "convenience store" in the lobby filled with drinks, snacks, and necessities.

There wasn't a trash can (besides the small one in the bathroom) that we could us, nor any bags to collect trash in. The water pressure in the sink was far too high. The limited/lack of luggage carts was inconvenient.

The staff were friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. The room smelled wonderful yet subtle when entering. It was a very good-sized room with a view of the mountains, a sofa and coffee table. It was hot outside, and the A/C cooled down the room fairly quickly. Overall, the hotel was clean as staff were always seen cleaning, though they would pause to greet you. Good location with a lot of restaurants, shopping, access to mountains, 15-20 min to Ontario airport, and short drive to freeways.

I wanted the AC on, though the cover on the bed was very light and no extra blanket in the closet. I was chilled throughout the 1st night. I did turn the A/C down before bed the next couple nights, and it was more comfortable. The mattress and pillows were not bad/not good either. I don't like down pillows in how they collapse. I've been at so many other hotels that provide two of each firmer/down. The mattress was just okay. I didn't pay attention to where the full sized towels were before getting in the shower. Rather than being next to the shower on top of the rack, there were on a shelf by the sink. The bathtub was not completely cleaned, and I used a wash cloth to wipe it down before showering. None of this was a deal breaker, though, and I would stay here again.

The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Although this hotel has been around for many years, it is well maintained.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned (unmade bed, cup of water on table, coffee maker had a pod in it, etc.) However, front desk clerk got me a different room immediately. Although their seating areas on each floor near elevator is a nice touch, people used them as very noisy gathering areas and the noise traveled to the room. Also, although I was on the 6th floor, noise from people at the pool was disturbing. However, most of these issues were due to guests, not the hotel itself.

Difficult to connect with manager. We left a few clothing articles behind and the staff was AMAZING at retrieving the items. We are still waiting for the manager to connect with us to send them back- he is the only one who is authorized to do so?. Every time I call the staff is so kind and respectful. However, the manager is always out for the day or coming in later

water pressure of the showers, breakfast, soft beds, and handles for the bathroom and showers. Friendly stuff, and peaceful area. Electrical window blinds, very nice.

shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles not squeezable and hard to get the content. I needed to study, and the leather chair is too harsh to stay there for longer time, not expected of a handicap room.

On May 27, 2024 I stayed one night at BW Heritage 8179 Spruce St., Ranch Cucamonga, CA. I am disabled so I requested a room equipped with a bathroom friendly to my needs. After I showered I observed that the water didn't drain but ran under the door and pooled up in the corridor and ran into the motel hallway. I was horrified and nearly fell exiting to retrieve my clothes. The incident made me feel humiliated and untidy. Please refund me for my stay.

The receptionist Ms Lola is extremely helpful. Saw that I was traveling with my daughter and our room was a single king bed and pull out sofa bed so she changed it to 2 queen bed room instead. I truly appreciated that kindness.

Breakfast could use more fruits or healthier selection. It was good nonetheless

Last minute booking as I needed spot for one evening. Nice overall experience for the reasonable price. The free breakfast was decent. The manager manning the front desk was polite and helpful, and proactively asked me my preference of floor for the room (I prefer higher floors and away from street noise!).

The shower!! I could have stayed in there half the day! I also was surprised that housekeeping came to clean our room and refresh the towels, etc. without us asking. That was nice to come back to!

The bed was horrible! Needs a new mattress. It was like sleeping on concrete.

The property is very clean. The accommodations are standard. However, the refrigerators in the room are quite spacious and nice. Staff was friendly. The breakfast items were varied, and food was good. I especially like the location of the hotel as it is close to many restaurants, including Starbucks. ;)

The hotel is not luxurious feeling. The hallways on the main floor that lead to the café, and Jim are very clean; the area looks like a hsspital.
