The receptionist Anne, is always pleasant, polite, friendly and professional. She makes everyone she encounters welcomed. I come into contact with other receptionist that are flat, dry and unwilling or unable to smile.

I did not like no included breakfast option. However, the bar and grill food items available at the hotel are tasty.

My only complaint is that the bed, especially the pillows, wasn’t great. My sleep was not particularly restful. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating!

The booking was excellent. The staff was very friendly and personable. Everyone made the stay for my wife and I a wonderful experience. My thanks to everyone.

The door to the bathroom, it slid closed but it still felt like it wasn't private.

Beautiful lobby and great kitchen/cafe. Easy access to parking lot from our room. Nice room.

Bathroom door was a sliding door. No fan in bathroom to distract noise.

little detail especially when you have child ren traveling with you I Found some sort of pill on floor by bed but it could of been my granddaughter finding it and swallowing it and lord knows what if it was toxic.. That’s why I committed this make sure housekeeping cleans through ly!!!

Near lots of food places and beds were comfortable.

Tv kinda sucked but wasn’t too worried about it, it was just a place to get rest for us. Tub wasn’t clean, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. I brought a small travel one with me so I just shared.
