That it was close to so much, had the mall in front, various food spots. And even provided breakfast

I didn’t like the small parking lot but the permit to park in front in the mall parking lot made up for it. However still a walk, especially if it’s cold.

The bed/matress is outstanding, not sure if were the long layovers or long flight, but the bed is extremely confortable, one night was enought to recover all the energy. The breakfast is good too, not a lot of options but was fresh and good.

Everything is very dated, it looks like a very old hotel, old furniture, old everything, stains everywhere.

Variety of breakfast. Nice, clean and big room. Microwave and refrigerator. Big mirror. Friendly staff. Coffee & water 24 hours at front.

No hot tub with swimming pool. Pool needs to clean. Breakfast eating area needs more seating place. It was difficult to eat at high table place.

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. Plus, it was very guest friendly.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I did not like. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfy. The room was very quiet.

had to request a refrigerator and microwave which should have been in the room. carpet stained. high price for week day and cleanliness of room. we were at another hotel that did let us stay with service dog so we had to look for another hotel and this was the only one available

Our favorite Location when on our way to Los Angeles for a good night rest after a long day of traveling and of course shopping.

Price is high for competitive hotels.

I used to be a HHonors Diamond member so I’m like Hilton properties, especially Hampton. The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating.

California prices depleted some value.

The bed was very comfortable.

Handicap accessible shower made a wet mess all over the bathroom no matter how I directed the showerhead as there was no way to retain water in the shower. This could be easily fixed with a drain in the bathroom floor.

The front desk crew was very nice and loved how clean our room was

Well, only thing I could think of was to have bananas for breakfast

Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Ladies at front desk always nice. Pleasant stay right at the mall. Met my son and his family. 1st visit post covid. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Coffee and Creamer (the one I liked) weren't set out all day. The lady at desk went and got me the Creamer. Soooo good.
