Breakfast was more than helpful and wonderful staff all day long. Had to special request extra towels due to our family size but we truly enjoyed our stay. Our HOA was fumigating and we didn't have a choice but to find somewhere for our family and our pet. The Hyatt took us in and made us feel welcome, including our fur baby. I still had to work but was able to work on the clean, welcoming, and decently quiet lobby alongside some other remote workers. Housekeeping worked with us very well around my 2yr olds nap time too.

It was quite inconvenient that there were only two luggage trolleys and some guests held onto them overnight. Had to wait or hunt them down. The desk lamp inside the room had no bulb and housekeeping wasn't sure if they had the special bulbs in stock. So, had to do without it while working in the evening. The couch could use some fixing and fabric cleaning to try and rid old stains.

I loved that when you walked out rhe hotel you get a mountain view right outside the doors. I loved that about the hotels location.

The location was fantastic. The property was clean and things were in nice working order.

The property was greatly understaffed. There were many people in the lobby that could t get in to their rooms by the 3pm check in time. The manager was apologetic stating they were sold out the night. Score and we’re understaffed and having trouble getting the rooms ready.

The room was nice and spacious. Good lighting in the room. The bed was pretty comfortable. We loved the fluffy pillows. All the staff was wonderful, very friendly & helpful. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. It was all delicious. Great location and close to restaurants.

The parking lot is small, but the mall parking is open for the guest to park in. It wasn't really an issue since it was a few steps away.

The staff I would say ( ok) but the room are clean, breakfast ok , our room was big , but we had an issue with the other room they were hitting the door until 3 am , I couldn't relax much it had a double room and that's why we had a double door

The hotel is conveniently located. Close to restaurants, shopping and less than a 10 minute drive to the airport. With a beautiful view of the mountain right outside the entrance. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was amazing!

The location is great. You’re within walking distance of the mall. Restaurant, gas stations, Costco, the freeway. Breakfast was pretty good. Everything was clean. I would stay here again.

Eve/Night manager; somewhat abrupt and poor eye contact when encountered. Makes a huge difference, when asking a question of him;to not feel like I’m a inconvenience. I did pay for a pleasant stay and overall with other front desk employees; it was achieved.

The staff could've been a little nicer. They weren't bad but they weren't real friendly either....other than that it was a great stay.

Everything was great super comfortable super clean ! Staff was very nice ! Check in was super quick as well ! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again !
