The staff and the location.

There were some issues with the sink, but it was resolved. Well I just have some helpful suggestions more than complaints. I'm very thankful to their staff for making us feel comfortable. 🙏 The beds and the doors are not meant for people with disability. The beds should be lowered in the rooms meant for the disabled so they can climb in and out. They were too high. But the maintenance person in our case helped out by removing the base. The doors need to have doorstoppers or wedges to make it easier for someone in wheelchair to enter or exit.

Staying at the extended stay hotel in Yorba Linda, CA was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the convenience of having a kitchenette in my room. Overall, I highly recommend this extended stay hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home in Yorba Linda.

While my stay at the extended stay hotel in Yorba Linda was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. Firstly, I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which made it a bit challenging to get work done at times. Additionally, although the breakfast provided was decent, I felt that there could have been a greater variety of options offered. Despite these small areas for improvement, they didn't detract significantly from the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean room. Quiet and secure location at a great price. There were more than enough fresh towels for my seven days stay. Close to restaurants. Safe location.

There are not enough caddies for the guest to transport their luggage. I had to make three trips to get my luggage to my room, and another three trips to take my luggage to my care upon my departure. Leaky toilet, which I reported upon my departure. Should stock more dishes for rental. I was unable to rent a set of dishes/pots and pans.

The location was very good, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, located in very quite and beautiful area. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially the lady at front desk). Room was clean, but at first we had to change the room as there was some smell from the carpet. The room we've switched to was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Some rooms with carpets have a bit of a smell. Each room have kitchen but not enough kitchen utilities, we've got only 1 cup for 2 people, silver and a couple plates but no kettle, pans or any pots, so couldn't really use the kitchen.

I love having a little kitchen, makes traveling a lot easier than traditional hotels. The check-in process was easy, and the manager at the desk during check-in was very kind and accommodating. There wasn't any dishware in the room, but it was available at the lobby. Everything seemed clean enough.

The countertops and other things were falling apart. The bed was hard and pillows were flat. I also didn't realize that pets were allowed and I was having awful allergies during my stay. The TV was very small but I don't use it anyway.

I think this extended-stay is a very good value for the money. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The room is very large. The refrigerator works really well. I didn't cook, but it is a nice area for walking and there are restaurants nearby.

I do think they need to change the pillows and have better pillows and also I think that there was a huge leak in the bathroom that would look for a couple of days before it would stop

I love the full kitchen full size refrigerator and stove top to cook that was the best. The WiFi was not very good and the TV channels where very limited only 46 total channels! I could not watch my favorite show Hogan's heroes on MeTV channel 54...that sucked! Everything else was great.

Very clean except for dental floss tooth pick on the carpet under the table.

No hair dryer, no plates, no napkins, no utensils, so we did not use the kitchenette. Breakfast was grab and go in the lobby. Just small cup cake, granola bar, coffee and tea.

The staff is always so kind and personable. My family and I are going through a really tough time right now, the staff has made it a little more bearable. I can’t thank them enough.

Honestly, I feel so blessed to have a roof over our heads I wouldn’t change a thing. No complaints here,
