We love everything about staying at this particular Holiday inn Express !! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay at this location every time we visit the area. Todd Forrester and his staff are absolutely superb in every way!! This hotel is conveniently located. It is always super clean. The breakfast that is included in the price has always been spot on and we cannot say enough nice things about the friendliness of all of the staff that we have encountered on our stays!! We highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express !!!

The staff was truly amazing to my 3 boys who were out there for a basketball tournament. Sad to say that we didn't ask the man's name, but he was super special, kind, helpful, and very welcoming. It's people like that that make us feel welcomed, loved, and safe. He normally works up front by the desk and kitchen during breakfast that normally wears a hat and apron. Would love to know his name. Ricky was also helpful. Thanks for treating my boys with lots of love. Courteous employees, spotless installations. Crew worked hard even during holidays. Rooms look new, lots of power outlets with USB-A connectors. Shampoo/conditioner/hand wash and moisturizer are all Dove. Good breakfast. Well maintained overall.

I understand it is a low crime area however I’d love to have a combination safe in the room. I come from a dangerous country, so I guess it is more on me rather then the hotel.

Great breakfast, comfy beds, great location easy on and off with a Starbucks in the same parking lot and a gas station across the street. Gave me late check out. Front desk 24 hours a day. Very reasonable rates.

My room had loose plugs in the bathroom, my curling iron kept coming out of the plug but appeared to still be in. The hot water was non existent. I had to turn the handle all the way to the max to even get warm water. Lighting was terrible except for in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing. They were upbeat, extremely attentive and efficient as they were busy. The young lady checking me in was very friendly and provided extra water bottles and some great advice. The gentleman in the morning, had a chefs hat on and managed to work the front desk, while talking on the phone, and enjoying what he was doing. The place was very clean.

Breakfast was a little short staffed. Food was good, but needed to be refilled.

The total length of my stay were 8 nights. For the price charged, I'd say the hotel went beyond my expectations. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Lake Forest. Todd and Amy at the front desk were super friendly and made sure I had everything needed for a great stay. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. The TV was very good, it has cox cable service with several different channels to chose. There's an office table with a good chair, which makes it easy and comfortable If you have to work on your computer for longer hours. I found specially nice there was a minibar, cabinets, coffee machine, microwave theres plenty of storage for food, and for your clothes on the drawers. Breakfast was good. There were healthy options such as: egg white omelet, low carb yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Would definitely stay there again.

The only two things I'd mention that could be better. The hot tube was not working, the pool area could use some better furniture. It'd be nice to have a sun lounger or something... The a/c in my room was a bit noisy.

The staff was excellent. Great service! Bed was comfy and I loved the water bottle machine that I used to get filtered water.

There was a desk chair at n the walking path to the bathroom and air conditioner and I bumped my arm hard on it at night while trying to get to the air conditioner. I told the staff and they said they would move it.

I and my sister were impressed With the services that the employee or the manager by the name Todd filling up the food and very quickly clean the tables after people! His smile is also incredibly! All those employees seated at the reception are very nice people who greeted us with smile as we came in and out. We really enjoyed our stay. We have planned to return to the same hotel.

If boiled ages could be provided for those not eating the baked ones. Also fresh fruits and salads to add to the breakfast menu.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi were cloudy/ murky & required service. I will recommend daily service possibly service the filters daily
