This hotel is so fancy and clean. The staff are also amazing! Oh and don’t even get me started on the breakfast! I wish I could give this place 100 stars! They really went above and beyond!

I would only say that I didn’t like how the other guests kept blocking the doorway making us uncomfortable while we brought all of our things inside but that isn’t the hotels fault. Just the other guest didn’t have manners. There was another guest that was really rude at breakfast as well. I just didn’t understand how she could be so grumpy while staying in such an amazing place like this.

Good service, really nice reception stuff, especially Alana. Cleaning is also incredible, thanks to room keepers. Good assortment of food in the morning.

The room needs renovations, a very loud and old air conditioner so I can not use it at night. I was staying in February so it was cold at night and I was freezing after night. The fridge also was loud but not as loud as the air conditioner.

The one-bedroom king suite had enormous rooms, with plenty of useful drawers and surfaces for unpacking and storage in both the bedroom and kitchen. Perfect for an extended stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Good quality breakfast, too. The hotel was also convenient to supermarkets, shops, and various throughfares that connect this part of Orange County.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a young man at the reception, his name is Julien (not sure if I misspelled his name), and this was a truly the best experience I have had in years at a reception desk! He was very professional, extremely helpful, and very fast in the check-in process. Adding to that, the room he checked up in was spacious and very clean. It also had all the necessary amenities. In reality the rooms are so much better than how they are posted on the website. If I knew I would have such a good experience I would have made my arrangements to stay for more than one night! I loved our stay at Staybridge the staff were very friendly and they gave our snacks upon arrival also when we we left they thank us for staying and gave us a thank you bag . The food was delicious they had complementary breakfast and dinner and it was sooo good also I loved the free parking and the property was very clean and house keeping and kitchen staff even the maintenance guys were all sooooo kind I will definitely stay again .

The main thing was the furniture was kinda old and the TV didn’t have Netflix or apps that you can connect even the phone was very old they even had a DVD player that was broken

The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the location was excellent, and the guest laundry was complimentary. It was a demanding weekend of work, and it was always a relief to get back to our room for a quiet and relaxing evening.

It was convenient to have a kitchen in the room for quick meals, but unfortunately, the cook top wasn't working. The ac unit in the bedroom area was quite loud, though it did keep the room nice and cool during a heat wave.

The suites are configured for privacy, just what we need when our granddaughters visit. The breakfasts are superb, great variety and with the friendliest staff.

The rooms are a little dark--could use some brightening. The ice maker in the full refrig wasn't working, and they would have repaired it, but just filled the bin frim the refrig with ice from the main kitchen, which was enough for pur stay. Otherwise, no complaints.

The location was very good, very close to the I405 and some malls. It also has a very large car park. The property is very clean, the pool and fitness center were great. Also the breakfast was huge and very good. The rooms / apartment was large with a small kitchen and 2 rooms

Breakfast was good, but needs more variety. Location was convenient for our needs.

The bathroom configuration is not good. First the door swings way too close to the bed/nightstand. Also, I like the closet outside the bathroom and the toilet to be a separate space. More wall hooks needed.

Perfect room for the one night, would have been great to stay a few more nights as well. Nice size refrigerator and kitchen. Breakfast was really good!

Bed was a little too hard for me. It was stuffy in the room upon entering. Limited seating inside for breakfast when there is a lot of people eating at the same time.
