Felt safe to this area. Not a lot of traffic in this area and close to many good restaurants.

Its unfortunate that valet is not an option. When we drove in we were greeted by very pleasant valet men. At that time is when we were informed of no self-parking. secondly; my family and I wanted to sit out by fireplace which was not on. I went up to bar where I requested them (2 men received my request)to turn on. An hour went by and no service. We landed up going inside to warm up.

Location and hotel it's self was very nice

Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were flat and oi extra pillows in room. Also my AC wasn't working at all

The bedsheets are old , some have stains and others have ripped edges. The shower took a long time to get warm water and the mini fridge was noisy and empty. There was no complementary water bottles. The room service delivers with our any plates which made it inconvenient to enjoy the tasty breakfast options.

Place and staff were excellent. Pool was in great condition even in December.

Room temperature kept rising to 78 even though we had it set for 65. We requested help but facilities never showed. and eventually just shut off the controls entirely ourselves. the room was still warm but not tropical.

The young ladies in the coffee shop were not friendly at all. The prices, offerings and cleanliness were great !

Other than the coffee shop workers being very abrupt and not too helpful --- it was a wonderful stay!!

Too expensive, and refrigerator in the room was far too loud. M-Lounge could of had more options to eat, snack, and drink. Preferred to have had bottled water in the M-Lounge Club.

Valet parking team and check in team were awesome

Roof top bar was super chill with good music. Female bartenders seemed like they were super unhappy and not welcoming at all.

mattress was a little worn. Comfortable for some, but would prefer a newer/firmer mattress. Our backs were a little sore in the morning. Toilet backed up. Never even put TP in there.

Beautiful hotel very modern clean room very spacious. All staff very nice and helpful.
