I loved that they were able to accommodate kitchen supplies, such as pans, plates, and spatulas. I was able to extend multiple days without any inconveniences or attitudes with the staff. My fiance would like to add that the hospitality was amazing and resourceful. And for the most part, friendly. Also, they are pet friendly and still, no signs of any bugs at all. Which my fiance and I are very sensitive to. We have been hotel hopping for the past year. And by far, this has been the best hospitality service we've experienced. In conclusion, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff are easily above a 10.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The room was very functional and attractive. The location was a bit out of the way but, if you provide yourself plenty of time, Extended Stay America was easy enough to find. The bed was very comfortable.

There was an awkward moment at check-in: After I informed the receptionist that I had a reservation for that night and I gave her my ID, the receptionist took a long time at the computer, and she wasn't saying anything. I got the impression that she was generating a whole new reservation for me. When I asked her about that, she responded in a somewhat sarcastic way that she was simply checking me in. Things might have been a little less awkward if the receptionist had informed me that she had found my reservation and that she will be taking a few minutes to check me in, instead being silent.

From the moment I checked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Carly's knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area was impressive. She gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and made sure I had all the information I needed to have a comfortable stay. Her friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to assist guests were truly remarkable. Throughout my stay, Carly continued to be a valuable resource, addressing any questions or requests promptly and with a smile. It's clear that she takes her role seriously and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable experience. Carly's exceptional customer service made my stay at Extended Stay America Irvine Spectrum even more enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel in the future, knowing that I'll be greeted by someone as dedicated and friendly as her. freeway traffic and no pool

Staying at Extended Stay America in Irvine was a memorable experience. The room was not only comfortable but also clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette was a huge convenience, and I appreciated the ease of cooking during my stay. The central location allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and always greeted me with a smile. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Irvine, I wholeheartedly recommend Extended Stay America. It's perfect for extended visits or a short getaway, and I can't wait to return on my next trip!

The room was clean and in good repair, except for the first room we got where the bathroom was in the middle of being repaired, with tools resting on the toilet. The staff was friendly and tried hard.

The first room we got was under repair. The toilet was full of tools and molding was ripped off. 2 queen beds isn't working for families with teenagers. It would be much nicer to have 1 queen and 2 single beds.

Ac was super cold. And they had it turned on before I checked it so it was nice and chilled in the room.

TV kept dimming and I couldn't make it brighter, shower head sprayed real wide, even outside of the curten and flooded the bathroom a little bit. Appliances were rough and kinda dirty.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews other people have left for this property at all. The wifi worked great, the air conditioning was perfect and the to go breakfast was exactly what was advertised. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. The room was just what you expect for this type of hotel & it was clean. It's an easy walk to Fivepoint Amphitheater and the train station. Highly recommend!

The location. Rooms are as good as can be expected. Could have been a regular size fridge perhaps. This hotel has small size fridge. No pool.

For a couple days in a row the police had been there showing up. I thought I heard a gun shot too. This is Irvine people. Never did I think ever that I would hear that. Or the police for the past two days straight.

Location, Location! This place was quiet, right off the freeway and super close to Five Point Amphitheater!

Although there were hiccups when checking-in... I have worked in hospitality and it takes a village! If there was an issue, it was addressed with full apologetic attention and smoothly corrected in a timely manner on all fronts!

The property is really nice, clean and quiet and full of beautiful plants and trees. The room was really clean with a comfortable bed. There’s a 7/11 steps away that stays open all night.
