Cozy, cute little inn a half block away from a beautiful beach. Great value for a a great location in Laguna. Woke up hearing the waves crashing which was lovely. Staff was super friendly, and such a plus that they are also dog friendly! Bed was a large King in the Junior Suite room, and comfortable. Cozy inn feel. Easy free parking.

It’s right off the main road, so you will be able to hear some noise. The views were ok from the junior suite, but nothing great. Shower pressure was also not great. They could stock the junior suite with silverware as well.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are good size.

My room had a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. Shower door wouldn’t close due to additional incorrect strips of sealing material. Shower head was so high that I couldn’t stand in water it went over my head and the size of the shower was small so I had to stand next to water. Front door lacked weather stripping on all sides and the gap was significant enough that little crickets kept coming under the door. Room was clean but had lots of opportunity of things that should be wiped off between customers such as light switches, thermostat, etc had fonder prints and buildup on them.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast. Location of the hotel is excellent. Free parking is a huge plus. We ended up taking the trolley everywhere. The stop was conveniently located. The room was clean. Coffee bar in the lobby is another plus.

Although we had an ocean view & could see & hear the waves, we had the room directly looking out on a large construction project that was noisy at times & of course unattractive. I think we should have been told in advance. The soaps were thin slivers. The bath mat was worn. I think the hotel can do better than that. It would also be nice if you could put tea bags in the room.

Comfortable bed. Felt safe. Pleasant staff. Free coffee all day. Near trolley stop. Free parking. Nice wall TV. with good channel selection. Not enough wall outlets. Nice mini fridge in room.Good water pressure in shower.

Could see the ocean but not the beach or waves. A walk along the street to the beach and there was a charge for towels and beach chairs you would have to carry from the hotel to the beach. No safe in the room. The room was hot on arrival, and the wall air conditioner wasn't turned on until arrival and took a while to cool off the room.

Very sweet boutique hotel with lovely staff. Everything about the place was spotless, it was quiet, and steps away from the beach. We had a very late arrival and there was a wine and charcuterie plate waiting for us, which was very much appreciated. We loved the little continental touches throughout— the breakfast room and arbor especially! We already booked a return.

There was no closet in our room, just a large wardrobe with a bench too small to put a suitcase on . A luggage stand or two would have helped. Also, it wasn’t a dislike, more a quaint feature. Our 1st floor room had an ocean view— through the large bathroom window.

The property looks very beautiful with all of the plants and greenery. The bed and pillowed were very comfortable and soft. They also have a complimentary breakfast, small but delicious I had a cinnamon roll with a yogurt and banana. They also have multiples flavors of coffee and hot chocolate. Really enjoyed it and held me over for an early lunch.

The room tv was having some complications, it was either not connecting or something else was wrong with it. It was late so we just decided to turn it off and go to sleep. It wasn’t a big deal tho.

Loved how close to the beach we were. The second night we were relocated to the top floor due to a leak on the bottom floor. The view of the ocean from the top floor balcony was fantastic. We saw dolphins in the water the next morning!

Rooms are slightly rundown/outdated. There is not good insulation between, so we could hear every single time our upstairs neighbor moved around on our first night/morning there. Was impossible to sleep in past 7am as a result. Highly recommend booking a 2nd floor room to avoid this noise.

I would consider Seaside a home away from home! We visit 1-2 times per year and are never disappointed. Rooms are well maintained, staff is approachable and helpful and housekeeping is top notch. We absolutely love the room they assign us and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

I wish the stay would have been longer! It would have been nice for the fog to clear as well!

In a nutshell, I couldn't believe how awesome this hotel was for the cost. I loved how it was decorated, staff was amazing, room was clean and twice as big as I thought it would be... and had a small little view. The breakfast was SO GOOD!! Location was epic. I went with my daughter for a girls trip, but I told my hubby this is a great place for a staycation.

walls are a little thin. we could hear the people next door having an all night sex thing going on. I was just glad I didn't have to face them in the morning.

The place is very cozy and nice. Staff are very nice and helpful when I confirmed my late check-ins. Plenty parking on site so you don't have to worry about that. The extra surprise goes to the free little breakfast provided and the ocean view in my room (yes you have a little ocean view when you wake up in the morning).

The room is a bit cold at night. Double checked that there is no heater and the quilt cover is a bit thin. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower (maybe it's on me)
