The coastal canyon setting was beautiful. The ocean breeze rustles the leaves and birdsong fills the air. The spa was relaxing and luxurious. The rocking chairs on the patio are a nice spot to savor an afternoon cocktail. Harvest restaurant had delicious food and attentive service. Staff was friendly, and the snack shack had tasty grab and go goodies. The room was nicely appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The rooms were very nice and clean. We enjoyed the outside dining and fire pit one night. Staff very friendly. We stayed there in December and that’s why we came back to stay when we visit family.

We had made dinner reservations in advance requesting a round table and confirmed with numerous phone calls that yes that would be fine. Incorrect information was given on numerous calls to us.

The housekeeping staff left us bowls for our dog to eat and drink from; that was really sweet of them. Thank you

Ambience of the place is great. There is a free Laguna shuttle stop right outside the hotel. Location is good, not exactly in downtown Laguna but not very far either.

Setting is absolutely stunning and so relaxing! Staff was all extremely friendly and food was delicious. Room is spacious, well decorated, and very quiet.

So hard to say anything bad but we visited on a Monday and unfortunately the bar by the pool was closed which made it slightly complicated but probably could have read that beforehand - whoops! Would love to visit on a weekend when everything is up and running!

The property location was beautiful, serene, and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing… organic, farm to table stile.

Our room was a suite but it faced the parking lot and the stream / sewerage run off that ran past our room smelled horrible. And there’s no complementary water bottles. Only $5 waters. There were only 2 small drinking glasses. We also had ants in our room.

The room was huge -- we had a two story apartment with balconies on both levels. The staff kept it very clean and offered turn-down service every night. The location is amazing with easy walks to the beach and hikes up the mountains in Laguna Beach. We ate breakfast one morning and it was delicious.

There were firepits on the main patio that required a $200 minimum to sit there. Think that should be free for paying guests. There weren't any activities during the week except for live music every evening. The pool was quite cold for being heated.

Room is small but comfortable. We felt that hotel pricing was reasonable for food, etc. Staff was friendly and made a great effort to ensure we were happy. Restaurant meals were delicious. Loved the singer at the outside pavilion

we liked that it has a lot of open grounds and that it felt like a hidden gem. we also liked that everything was within walking distance.

maybe they had a lot of guests during that weekend because we asked for slippers via email a few days before checking in, we also asked at the time of check in, and after dinner during the first day but we never got it until the next day when I needed to call again to remind them.
