Location is excellent. Right on the largest beach in village of Laguna and next to beautiful Heisler Park and ocean front meandering path. Locally owned Jedidiah Coffee with coffee tea matchas and pastries just a short walk down the street. For bigger meals Urth Cafe right across the street. Incredible ocean views and sunsets. Hotel just finishing major renovations and has growing pains so price seemed high for the small inconveniences we encountered. The new beds and bathrooms are excellent quality. Lobby check-in areas were a bit awkward confusing but am coffees and evening cookies appreciated. Village facing room, upper floor, was very quiet considering hotel is directly on the PCH. Back of hotel is oceanfront.

Nails coming up through newly laid carpet in bedroom at bathroom threshold. No iron in room. Shampoo and conditioners in glass bottles and not labeled leading to guessing game. Glass in tiled shower dangerous. Did not like that we could not open our window for fresh air at night and had to rely on the AC instead all night. This end of Laguna is very quiet most evenings after 9pm. Sidewalks roll up.

Beautiful remodel for this beachfront hotel. We did not have an ocean-facing room but got a very large private King room on a corner. For a basic King, it felt like a suite with a sitting area and huge bathroom. Love all the little touches, from natural wine served in the lobby to the relaxing music they’ve thoughtfully curated. Lovely stay and staff were all very kind.

Some of the things advertised on their website we didn’t see offered, for example the nightly Rye Goods cookies. We didn’t eat here, as the grazing boards were pricey and we were looking for a more complete meal for dinner and lunch. Finally, the water pressure in the shower is no good.

The location to everything was fantastic., we basically left our car and walked everywhere. If we went further than we wanted to walk there is a free shuttle around town. The welcome drinks were delicious and we had them by the pool along with complimentary frozen grapes. Lunch by the pool was also yummy. At 6 they put out the most delicious cookies for us to enjoy. The shower pressure in the bathroom was off the charts. Never experienced such a blast. lol

Views are amazing. Proximity to the walking trail through the beach park was great.

Decor / facilities are worn and dated. Bathroom pocket door would not close properly, and was extremely noisy when attempting to. Wanted to sleep with balcony doors open to hear the waves - but the street noise level at night was unexpectedly high. I understand commanding a high rate for that location during high season - BUT in hindsight we paid “Four Seasons” level rates for Hampton Inn level facilities.

The hotel is fantastic.Even though it was going under construction it's still a beautiful. location In the city of laguna beach is perfect for any type of shopping or sightseeing. Look forward to going back to luko to beach and stay at the inn at laguna beach.

Just looking forward to staying when you're not under construction.Otherwise everything was perfect.

Location. It is closest to the Laguna Beach, a beautiful town. However the beach was not as well maintained and cleaned up as in the past

It was under renovation. There was no dining facilities and some floors were not available. However, there were plenty of dining and recreational facilities in the area.

Proximity to Heisler Park, Downtown, Main Beach was excellent. Did not need any transportation to enjoy the shops, dining, and other amenities. Morning Coffee in the Lobby was excellent and so were the Cookies in the evening. Especially enjoyed the views of the Ocean and lights of downtown at night. Heisler Park was our favorite place to walk and enjoy the views at Sunset.

Only disappointment was the Pacific Terrace Bar. Only a Bar cart and it wasn't available very long after 6pm. Cost of parking was a little high, but considering the convenience of location to shops and restaurants it wasn't a major issue.

Enjoyed our stay in beautiful Laguna beach.

Very few amenities. No fitness center. No food and beverages. Housekeeping proficient but short staffed.

Our stay here was completely by accident. We were not aware that our other hotel was under construction that impacted facilities there we ended up here could not have been happier. We will absolutely be back.

We could hear the upstairs neighbors, but it wasn’t bad.
