This was my first time staying here and I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the room is, how convenient parking was and they even have a very nice and healthy breakfast

We have stayed here before and it was exceptional! So we booked without question. The staff were still amazing and we were so thrilled to see Patrick again who is just a delight! However rooms on the front section 101-104 are very noisy from the PCH. If you are a light sleeper make sure you book a room at the back. Other than that would still stay here again!! Staff are so friendly and the room is clean! Plus the beach right across the road is gorgeous!

Front rooms are a bit noisy from PCH but if you’re a heavy sleeper it wouldn’t matter or played white noise which is what we did.

The staff was exceptional, helpful and very friendly. The shower in the bathroom was to die for! The motion sensor overhead lighting was convenient as were the touch control lamps. The room was equipped with more usb ports than we could have ever used and were in very accessible locations throughout the room. The microwave oven, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee device were an added bonus.

The room could have used a small table and extra chair. Also a room safe.

The front desk was fantastic. The older gentleman is a class act! So welcoming and energetic. He is the best offering at this hotel!!! The location is awesome and away from the crowds. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. The bed is very comfy and I loved the bathroom and shower. Will go again!!!

Parking is free but spaces are very limited. There are spaces just to the side on the residential street.

The receptionist, Patric, was amazing! He gave us great tips about the area and was extremely hospitable when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is very generous to its guests—no parking fees, a Keurig with coffee cups in the room, complimentary daily water bottles, and even towels available to borrow. We’ve been traveling for 10 days on our honeymoon, and this was our last stop—and the most memorable one. We will definitely be back!

No sitting area or table to eat at.

I love the location of the hotel it was perfect, very close to crescent bay beach that we could just walk there. The staff was very nice as well and quick to respond to our requests.You could also walk downtown as well where they had the main beach and shops. We ate breakfast there everyday and it was very filling and kept us full until lunch time!

Although it's not smack in town centre or facing the beach, we loved the convenience of a sheltered car park and a public bus stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was yummie. Loved the bagels, yoghurt, coffee, cereals, juice and fruits. Crystal Cove was about 2miles to the right and we could get our groceries from Traders Joe. The Acai ice cream few shops down was yummie too. The room was very comfy. There were many USB and electrical sockets all around the room; at the desk and next to the beds. TV was huge somewhere close to a 65"?

Water pressure in the bath was a little low. The laundry machine only accepts payment via App. It was a little difficult for us to load in our foreign credit card details.

Loved this place. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable! One of the most comfortable beds ever. Large room well and equipped . Nice cold breakfast to get your day started. Parking garage was great convenience. Short walk to beach. This walk is a steep hill but you can drive and hope for a parking space. The beach is breathtaking! They even had umbrellas, beach chairs and other beach items to use. The pool was nice after a day at the beach.. Note the pool is only 3-4.5 feet deep. Great plus is the robes they are heaven must give them a try!!! Laguna has a trolley that you can ride for free up and down the strip. Would definitely go back.

The air conditioner in room was louder than normal if you are a light sleeper. We had balcony on 2nd floor this is towards the very busy main road so it is loud at times .
