This is definitely a hidden gem. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I booked this place on a whim. The rooms are nice, comfy, and clean. The staff are amazing and extremely kind. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. Very accessible not too crowded. I highly recommend this place. The view from the room was lovely.

There wasn't much to dislike. I think the only thing was the bed was a little uncomfortable, but I'm very sensitive. Everyone else slept comfortably.

Beach view (and could hear waves crashing at night). King bed very well done. Good hot shower and nice fluffy, absorbant towels. In room kuerig coffee, refrigerator and microwave with comfortable bed. Close to beach access, with no-cost beach towels to borrow and thoughtful outdoor shower for after-beach rinse. Nice quieter north part of Laguna. Host, Sal, was friendly, informative and helpful. Exceeded expectations of what had once probably been a simple motor lodge, now upgraded nicely.

Instructions for using TV

Close to Beach/Ocean. Easy to walk to Beach/Ocean, park, shopping, restaurants. Nice to have a carport to park in out of the sun. It was quiet. I did not hear other guests coming and going . The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating he let us check in early. Gave great information on the area and how to get around easily (trolley schedule etc)

Our stay at crescent bay inn was amazing! Front desk was so nice and even gave us recommendations on things to do since it was our first time in laguna. The room was nice and location was perfect, right near a gas station and a lot of sight seeing areas. We did drive our truck there so if you have a big vehicle i would check with them before but they were still able to accommodate us for parking. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed and bathroom facilities were clean and spacious. Parking was perfect. We were close to the beach with a tiny slice of view but did not expect more than that.

If I have to write something I would say that the ice machine closing time would be the only thing. It would be nice to have it open later but that said we were aware of the closing time and had ice every night. It is good to have insulated travel cup/mugs when you travel.

The place was closed to the beach within minutes walking distance. And our favorite beach too. It was near the trolley stop. The parking space fit our F350 truck but forgot to take a picture. Our room was downstairs and convenient. We were very pleased with the customer services…Sal showed us the room before agreeing which room we wanted upstairs or downstairs. We checked out very pleased.

The back window didn’t have a screen to keep the window open.

Sal, the owner, was such a conscientious and welcoming host. He looked out for all the guests, making sure they had everything they needed. The location is perfect--you can easily walk to the beach, or downtown, or if you prefer-Laguna Beach has a free trolley that you can board nearby and ride (goes downtown, to Festival of Arts, or even to Dana Point). The beds are comfortable , the room is clean and has a microwave and refrigerator. You will enjoy your stay here.

Room was spacious, well lit and adequately furnished. Bed was comfortable and we had a great night sleep every night. Rain shower was a fun plus. We were mostly helped by Sal who was polite kind and incredibly helpful He helped make our stay better then we could have hoped for with his knowledge of the area and his hospitality. The rest of the staff were also welcoming and accommodating. They had beach supplies like chairs and towels to use at no additional cost which was amazing because we forgot ours. Beach access was barely a 3 mins walk and the walk was beautiful!

Nothing comes to mind

Easy walking access to what we thought was the most beautiful beach in Laguna (we saw about 10). Very friendly manager. Good beds. Blackout curtains. One of the less expensive options in town. There is a free trolley service to town and the other beaches at about 5 minutes walking distance - very convenient. Laguna Beach was definitely one of the highlights of our California road trip.

There is no breakfast but it wasn’t a big issue as we knew about it and stocked up the day before. There’s a fridge in the room and you can get plates and cutlery from the front desk.

Convenience to main beach but not in the heart of all the traffic. It is a quiet location.

We have stayed here before and it is quiet, clean and convenient. The Manager Sal is very friendly and knowledgeable. The entry or rather the exit to the street is angled heavily so that many cars bottom out as they exit the property.
