This was a lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated (I'm an interior designer) as well as comfortable. We paid for parking and glad we did- the lot is right there and I don't know how hard it is for street parking. Although it is across the main road from the ocean, you could see the water from our room and from the sofas and tables out in front. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and to the water. There is an accessible office that has a microwave (fridge in the room), plastic silverware, extra towels and toiletries, etc. Wonderful mattress and pillows. Quiet- even though the hotel was full. We can't wait to go back!

Nothing could have been better. It was a perfect stay.

The room was airy and light and pleasantly decorated with a beachy, bohemian theme. The bathroom spacious, and the bed was comfy with more pillows than one could ever wish for! I really appreciated the super-strong air conditioning unit also, as well as the steamer for my clothes. From my room I could even glimpse the sea, the property is that close to Woods Cove beach, without being on the coastline itself. The proximity to the free OC trolley stops (opposite and adjacent), made the location of this property super accessible to downtown Laguna beach and Dana Point.

The aircon unit could be a bit vigorous and therefore a little startling when turning on, but can’t really complain for the refreshing breeze it provided.

Rooms were really clean, nice view of the ocean (although a building in the way), walk to Beach across the street, free parking, nice bathroom/shower, comfortable beds and bedding. Even had an espresso maker. Bath products are nice quality.

Since it is a motel, the windows and door are on the exterior. The shades on the door, leave a slight gap which lets in light and has a potential privacy issue. I used Band-Aids to secure it, in lieu of tape. Liquid half and half cups would be nicer than powder. Would be better if bathroom had some storage under the sink.

It’s very calm perfect for my husband and I to just unwind very close to the beach.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to check out later after I had spoke to representative saying that I could and the manager later told me no, so we had to rush after just wanting to check out 2 hours later.

The location was literally two blocks from a beautiful cove. It was nice to be away from the super busy and jammed up part of Laguna. The building and room was cute and had a nice style (raised ceilings) and comfortable beds. Deck was shared but was a nice touch and provided a nice place to do a little work before my kids got up.

The room had a mini fridge and nice sized beds, but there was no closet or place to store your luggage or hang any clothes.

The location is great! It's a little south of the main beach congestion so the atmosphere is quieter. Yet it's within walking distance of everything. The room was sparkling clean and fresh, and the decor is beautiful! The room had a bedroom, sitting area and two bathrooms, so there was lots of space to relax and unwind.

The parking lot is tight and there's a dip you must navigate to get in and out of on the busy road. But it's a huge luxury to park in the private hotel lot and walk everywhere.

The room decor, having a bunk bed in the room was great! Nespresso Machine and variety of coffees was awesome. Great sized room and bathroom. The room was very comfortable.

Could not control the TV volume. Could not increase the temperature in the room, it was pretty chilly.

I loved my stay here! Perfect location, easy to check-in, and the room was very cute. I also loved the amenities and community items in the lobby, it was a nice touch.

The one issue I had was the accessibility in the bathroom. Because the seat is nailed into the floor, it was really difficult to use the sink / counter area.

Beautiful rooms, well decorated, clean, modern, comfortable beds. Nice view of the ocean.

There was supposed to be a staff person on site but we never saw them. Also, the hotel is a little too far from the center of Laguna if you want to walk.

Everything was great! Our room was so clean and decorated so nicely. The staff was very accommodating and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The one exception I do have is the walls are super thin. We had kids staying the room next to us and they were screaming all morning when we were trying to sleep.
