A good spread of breakfast, with the daily change of the mains. Very good well-equipped gym. The bed mattresses were amazing. Overall, the one-bedroom and studio suites were very comfortable.

Had a negative first impression when we checked in. We arrived the hotel almost noon due to our morning flight. The receptionist reminded us that check-in time was 3PM so we waited at the lobby. We didn't want to go anywhere since we just got off an 18 hour flight. However, a guest came in around 2PM and the same receptionist that reminded us that he couldn't check us in until 3PM, checked her in at 2PM. Thought that was quite unfair as all the receptionists there saw us waiting at the lobby since noon.

The staff are friendly and do their best each day. The breakfast was awesome.... it is plentiful and well stocked. The breakfast staff keeps the area clean and organized. The rooms were clean and well tended to in terms of sanitization. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bar offers a happy hour menu each day from 430 to 6 PM that is not well publicized but worthy of a visit. The gym had a good selection of equipment and was never busy when I went.

I didn't love having to pay $15 per day for parking at this hotel. The charge did not make sense since you are not in a major city, and there are plenty of spots to be had. I also did not love that there is not a security box in the room. When we inquired about it, we were told that we had to use a lockbox in the main lobby (similar to a bank style) and then have it brought out to us at the main counter. It did not feel very secure or private at all. This seemed a bit outdated to me and extremely public. Lastly, the pool is very small and doesn't accommodate many people at once. We often had to leave as soon as we got there because little kids would take it over.

The staff was very polite, and helpful there was a room malfunction and so they really hooked it up. Lots of tails in the room and extra blanket plenty of pillows could use a couple extra pillows in the closet, though just in case the hotel was very clean. Had a pretty cool presentation modern unique. Great place to stay if you’re in the area.

The pool was pretty murky, and there was a sewage smell around it not to mention there wasn’t very many places to sit

Breakfast was hot and ready on time, staff kept areas clean and food stocked. Check in was a breeze, room was spacious and cleaned well. The pool and spa were open and maintained well for swimming in December.

You should not have to pay for parking in this area. It is not gated, there is no security, and parking is overabundant. The coffee is also constantly weak.

The pillows were wonderful. The breakfast was good.

We should have been allowed free parking. I already paid for my room. The extra $15 per day in addition to an already higher priced room was annoying. Also carpet tacks were exposed in transition to the bathroom. We had to cover the area with a towel to avoid being punctured.

I liked everything but the price. The staff was great, having a restaurant there and a bar was nice, the rooms were very clean and it was nice and quiet.

I didn't like having to pay almost $200 for a room and pay for parking.

They could use bacon at breakfast but otherwise it was acceptable and plenty of choices. We had to extend our stay by a week and they did it at the rate of our 1st week instead of raising our rates, which was very accommodating of them.

The entire hotel was nice, clean, and modern. Lots of safe parking (for additional $12 a night). Very easy to navigate through the entire hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The room was extremely nice, it had a large kitchen with a fridge, an office desk, king bed incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean and modern.

The pullout sofa bed was a bit springy but otherwise this was a perfect stay!

The staff is great; always had a smile and were very helpful with questions.

I was there 5 days and my room was only cleaned 2 times. Too much plastic on breakfast. This is not very eco-friendly
