I'm from OC, and moved out of state in 2020. I come back often to visit, as I have a lot of family/friends in OC. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel (once with my sister and this time alone). It's like a little hidden gem. Not too large - parking out front - the rooms are super duper clean - and the staff is always so friendly! The location is perfect - right near the 55 Fwy/405 Fwy, South Coast Plaza, quick access to Newport Beach, Irvine Spectrum, etc. I felt very safe coming and going during the day and at night. The price was very good. I will definitely stay here again!

My only little complaints for this room were (1) I don't like when there is no fan in the bathroom - just a personal thing for me; and (2) the bed was a little too soft for me.

Close to freeway access, property was maintained, plenty of parking. On site laundry, gym, and pool. Plenty of towels in room. Room and bathroom were clean, bedding was comfortable and in good condition. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in room. On site a small menu restaurant/bar that had plenty of seating. Food was good. Service was quick and friendly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

AC unit gave a slight mildew/wet towel smell when initially started and TV in room did not get a good signal. Would freeze up or screen would turn all blue or green.

Comfortable and clean modern hotel, good for American standards, good choice if you are coming for the tradeshow in Anaheim or have business in that area. The best option in that area (comparing to similar hotels nearby).

Soundproofing is simply non-existent. Could hear every word and every breath of the guest next door, luckily the neighbours were not too loud. I would also say the place is overpriced but that is a major problem for LA area I guess.

Ketch and Carlos stood out for me. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. It was our first trip away just us and Carlos made her feel right at home. He is exceptional.

Having to go to all the floors to find the ice machines that worked. Also having key deactivating issues. Another thing that was frustrating was the tv wasn’t working. When the front desk sent someone up he had no idea what he was there for and I didn’t feel comfortable letting him in. So we just left it off.

Room was great, location is about 7-10 minutes away from stores but it was fine. Although some people complain about the freeway noise I feel like it actually helped put me to sleep.

Didn’t have housekeeping available during our stay, when we arrived we were out of soap but was able to find a housekeeper and asked her for one. Had to get big trash bags for our trash since no one was coming until we checked out.

We have stayed this hotel a few times before and we really love this hotel because of cleaned room and reasonable prices with the friendly staffs and great service. We stayed this hotel again for going to watch the Angels baseball game last weekend. But we had a problem with our reservation (NOT the hotel’s fault) when checking in, but Frank and other friendly staffs resolved the problem quickly and stayed comfortably and enjoyed our stay. We realized again how much friendly and great service they give us. We really recommend this hotel because all staffs are always greeted with the warmest hospitality. And the location is convenient to the baseball stadium, beaches and shopping and very close to the freeway. We are sure to stay this hotel again !!

Clean room and comfortable bed, perfect water pressure. TV/Remote working properly. Staff was super helpful.

Did not try the breakfast as I thought it to be a bit overpriced. Most Holiday Inn we have stayed in include breakfast in rate. parking up front is limited and back entrance is a ways away from the elevator.

Excellent accommodations with many amenities! Great location! Very clean and maintained! Super friendly and helpful staff! This is our 3rd annual stay here and looking forward returning next year! Shopping, foods and activities nearby!

If there was a form you could leave for housekeeping on the door when you are out of supplies on a longer stay for coffee, cups , towels and toilet paper etc.

The perfect place to stay! All the team were so nice, professional and helpful. I really want to thank them making this stay like a :"at home feeling". The hotel itself was perfectly equiped. Big room, clean and quiet.

I would say the restrooms in the dinner area, only one . Maybe add some more would increase comfort

Parking fee. you can hear everyone’s door close on our second floor when they leave( very bad ). Advertise flyer about tri tip sandwich posted by the elevator. When ready to go in restaurant, sorry we are closed! Ugh!
