Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room. A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea. We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

Anyone finding any fault with this Hotel would be somone very, very hard to please. We travel the World at quality Hotels and this stay was one of the best.

This was my fifth stay at Hyatt House within the past 12 months as we have family living nearby. I have stayed in different room configurations, as I've stayed here alone as well as with my husband and daughter. Each room has been well-maintained to a high standard, as well as thoughtfully equipped. The reception staff are welcoming, professional, and helpful. Whether I am traveling alone or with my family, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Breakfast was ok. Could have been great if there was cinnamon available for the oatmeal and almond milk and ice for the coffee.

Suggest maybe offering a flavored coffee, like French vanilla, for example :-) Also, parking should not be an extra charge since one definitely needs a car to get around :-(

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the mini kitchen and sitting area. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and nice. They did a great job.

Male night check in person wasn't very nice and seemed irritated when asked questions. A coffee station in the lobby would be nice for the after breakfast hours

The bed is to soft. I guess beds generally in US is this type and they are way softer than the ones in Europe. But thats also fine, you get used to in couple days..

the pullout couch was pretty uncomfortable, and one elevator not working so that involved a bit of extra waiting as the crowds would get large.
