The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and every problem we had (transportation, needing extra bed space for the children) was handled by them so quickly. Additionally, our TV quit working and they had it working again within 10 minutes. Every time we walked through the lobby, we got a smile and a greeting. They truly made us feel like VIP.

This is not a negative of the property, but just something I want other families traveling with children to know: there is no tub, only a shower, and the shower doesn't latch so your kids will NOT stop playing with the shower door, lol. Also there's a fridge that is easy for kids to open, and they also won't stop opening that. Again, this is NOT a negative of the property, just something that families with little ones might want to know about.

We stayed for only one night and it was great, the building is new and everything was working well.

We were there with 2 kids and our room was on the 9th floor, there are two balconies with no safety net. When we arrived the glass door that goes one balcony was locked but my kid could easily get on a chair and open it. The door to the other balcony was unlocked and I wasn’t able to lock it cause the locker was defective. Luckily my husband could do it cause he is stronger than me otherwise I would have to ask them to transfer us to a different room. We were ok with this only because we stayed for only one night and arrived there late, I wouldn’t stay longer with my kids since this is a real safety issue for me.

The hotel is in really amazing condition, nearby the airport. Also, the hotel pool was outstanding and the hotel is big enough for probably close to 15 guests to be in at once with lots of room.

I did not like the additonal fee for parking, the parking lot was very underused and I thought as a hyatt rewards member they may offer parking for free. 30/per night was a bit ridiculous for that area.

Everything was easy and comfortable. The pillows and comforters were perfect leading to a great night sleep. Staff and lobby area very welcoming. Fun to wake up and watch planes from the small balcony.

Pricing of food was high for me but probably not compared to other similar hotels...Breakfast buffet $30 was what jumped out. If I wasn't traveling alone, the beds would have been small...full rather than queens.

The location was great. The room was very clean and spacious. I really will only stay here when I'm back in the area. Amy at the front desk is a tremendous asset to the company!!!

The only complaint I would have is that the parking lot is quite dark. If you can't park close, it can look intimidating.

Great service, easy checkin. Good location near SNA. Clean. Linens and towels cheap. But overall nice enough place to stay.

The process to get to Netflix and other apps was ridiculous and no instructions in the room. The TVs are not smart TVs. Someone came up to help but still didn’t work. Movie selections were v limited.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The room set up was perfect.

The check in time was not so great. We came a few hours earlier and was told they would call us when room was ready. We were never called, so I had to go back to the front desk to remind them that's its after 3pm and no one called us.

Location was great, hotel is well appointed and very clean, I like the atrium that allows for a feeling of space, light and air when going to ur room from the elevator instead of long corridors without windows to get to one’s room.

The price is super expensive specially when u add up all the fees, resort fees, parking fees, etc. one pays because of no other cheaper and clean options.

Perfect location and close to everything. The hotel is really nice and the staff couldn’t be nicer. As we were leaving the electricity went out so they came upstairs and carried our luggage down the stairs since the elevators were out.

The Concierge was extremely helpful and kind. It was a young gentleman I forget his name but amazing to work with

The parking fee but understood. They did waive it for my other coworkers that were there as well
