We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we received very good treatment from the staff The hotel facilities today are good, there is a very large parking lot, which really helped us because we were with a car, but the parking price is a bit high The pool and jacuzzi are very good and fun The experience was good and we will go back there

The rooms are a bit outdated We had a blockage in the bathtub which was taken care of when we notified the hotel staff It would have been nicer if they had entertained these things before arrival Because we found out while taking a bath and it's a bit unpleasant

The property was very clean inside and out. They offered a nice restaurant/ bar setting in the lobby. They also had a banquet hall for parties. The outside area had seating and fire pits that were lit every night. The pool area could use some work as far as appearance but the pool was clean. The hot tub was hot. The room were decent in size and had everything you needed. A fridge in the room would have been nice. A microwave is available in lobby inside of the gift shop. Parking in the front is not an option, as they have valet there. And the spots designated for check in is inside the gate which you can’t access without a key or paying.

What I didn’t like about the property is the parking. They were nice enough to let me park upfront and check in but technically that was the valet area. Parking was $42 a day and go valet was $48. The room didn’t have a fridges and the microwave was downstairs.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Irvine! The room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view from my room was lovely, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The hotel itself was fantastic, with well-maintained facilities and a great pool area perfect for unwinding. The outdoor lounge was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort and style. I can't wait to stay here again! Highly recommended!

This place is nice! I could have not asked for more regarding the location (perfect), free shuttle to airport, close by convenient store, nice simple restaurant downstairs, room was spacious with large television, room was clean, air con worked exceptionally well, bathroom was clean and the products in the bathroom are of decent quality (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) bed was very comfortable, view was very nice for me while eating my breakfast.... The lady who checked me in was very nice and knowledgeable!

An establishment like this should have people that present themselves professionally nexus to what the hotel's image is being portrayed. First, upon checkout, a girl with a nose hoop, acting exactly the way she looked - horrible! Horrible attitude and does not listen very well. The lady who was the operator upon arrival when requesting for a shuttle, has issues with listening and comprehending questions that are not scripted within her process. Just not a good representation for an establishment in a city like this....

I have been a guest at this hotel on three occasions. Its proximity to SNA airport makes it an ideal choice for brief overnight stays. The bar is excellent, although the food does not meet the same standard. While the rooms are tidied, there is an odd sensation that they aren't truly clean, possibly due to a lingering damp odor. The nights are peaceful, but the parking policy is frustratingly inconvenient, as it doesn't accommodate multiple entries and exits.

Facility was clean. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. I would recommend.

The parking fee of $43 was excessive. Costs for food at the small restaurant was extremely expensive. There are restaurants nearby, but if you want a convenient coffee, you're going to pay more than just too much.

Comfy bed, clean room and clean facility ( except the pool) Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and offer decent variety.

Pool was not clean although I checked often in different days. Water pressure in shower is not good .

Change my name to Susan McMillan. It was not a hotel issue. The staff member was very sharp and personable. He was helpful as well.

Staff was VERY accommodating. We were traveling with 95 year old mother who needed a "little extra" and they made sure we had everything we needed.

It was hard to find the Shuttle pick up zone...not the hotel's fault. It was tricky arranging for the shuttle pick up, again, not the hotel's fault.

I did not like NOT knowing there was a parking fee - $45 for valet and $37 for self-park? It should have been stated in Booking.com. It was not. The reception desk gentleman was fantastic. I wish I got this name. He was so helpful!

The food services wasn't sufficient. Okay but not sufficient. Loved Starbucks there, however.
