The first time I picked your hotel was because of the photos and the price. Every since, and we have stayed quite a few times, we pick your hotel because of how we feel while staying at your hotel. The reception area gives clean and expensive entry vibes. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The staff is always welcoming, some even recognize us when we arrive, which is nice. The restaurant is handy and most of the time tasty. The cookies are always wonderful at night and such a treat. We do hate the parking situation. The spaces are too small and there are only a few spaces close enough to the door. Also, having to pay for parking is ridiculous which means we feel we are being taken for by the hotel. Not a good feeling. Paying for parking is ridiculous because you know we HAVE TO PAY, what is anyone to do, drive down the street and park our car? You should stop charging for parking, it's a racket.

I loved the decor and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was so dapper and quaint it was truly easy on the eyes. The room was amazing, and the tub, per my discovery, happened to be a jacuzzi tub in the suites building where we stayed in which was a huge plus for us personally. The room was very clean and tidy, though they forgot to replace our hand soap and lotion, small defects. Our view was obstructed by a big tree outside, but again, a small defect. The night of check-in, they had a player of fresh baked cookies, which were delicious. And there was plenty of places to choose from around the hotel to eat at.

I booked weeks in advance for New years Eve and the price was still just under 200 for the night. So it's a bit more on the expensive side. I can't imagine what the people booking last minute paid. Additionally, they charged 24$ for parking with plenty of parking space, which I thought was a little excessive and unnecessary when paying so much for the room itself. They had a restaurant, and I'm not sure if it was due to the holiday, however the prices were outlandishly high so we went out to eat at a local sushi spot which was delicious.

I liked that this facility had some character and soul missing from so many hotels. I liked the old vessel/sailing theme and models around the facility, guide to the displays, and the "plaza" style layout of the hotel with two plazas, one with a fountain and eatery, the other with the pool. Haven't been to Italy, but it had those vibes. The location was convenient for accessing major shopping venues in the area, but as it was our anniversary, still wished we were on the beachfront :)

Parking situation was a little confusing - evidently, there is an actual parking app you need to scan and register with to park at the hotel, which is $24 +/_ per night. The front desk clerk said "I'll take care of that for you" which I assumed to mean it will be added to the hotel bill, but it wasn't. Somehow, I didn't get ticketed so it all worked out...

I stay in this hotel for many years since 2006. They built a new building, and the rooms there are very good and modern in this building. The bathroom had a jacuzzi, which is also a plus. They don't offer breakfast anymore, but their restaurant is good. The check in and check out were very fast. I enjoyed staying there again.

Paid parking doens't make any sense. But you can park in the lot just 100 feet from the hotel on the left side, and it's free. Also the buffet breakfast is not offered anymore, but it's not a big deal.

Overall, the room, location, and stay were great.

We didn't like that the coffee downstairs isn't complimentary considering what we're paying for our room. I understand that there's coffee in the room, but it was a last minute decision to grab some on our way out as we were leaving. The staff member was rude when we asked if we could get some coffee and then followed with "it's $2". The lighting in the bathroom could be a whole lot better. We have to turn the fan on in order for the mirror light to turn on. It's loud and annoying.

Close to the airport, has a restaurant on-site, facilities are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and additional facilities like the gym and pool are nice. I was able to remote in from work just fine on the internet connection. Several fast food restaurants nearby.

I didn’t have any issues with the property though if I had to mention something, you do hear planes in the morning since it’s so close to Santa Ana Airport. The restaurant is also only okay, even though it looks fancy.

The cafe area and food. I like that there were multiple areas of mirrors and sink. I like that most of the staff was friendly nice and down to earth.

I didn’t like that the pool closed so early. I think till 10:30 pm is a better option. And the broil went out so no heated pool and my guest couldn’t shower. It’s understandable that things go out but I wasn’t even offered a discount for this major inconvenience. Maybe better coffee drinks as well.

Needed to order breakfast at hotel restaurant, which was lovely. All day you can choose to sit outside in a charming, large courtyard with striped umbrellas and a large fountain or in a beautiful dining room. Service was excellent, menu was large and varied, and food was delicious. The hotel shuttle can take you anywhere within 3 miles. Room was large, clean and ac was effective and quiet. Lovely bar and reception rooms. Only issue was we couldn’t get cold water in our bathroom most of the time! We kept thinking it would change and so never communicated that to management. They were doing some construction in the room next door(never a bother) so that might have been part of the problem. Hot water was plentiful in the shower! We would definitely stay again as it was close to the airport and the performing arts center.

This hotel is beautiful, the open air courtyard with little cafe tables and string lights is charming and extremely relaxing. One building over from that they have a gorgeous Courtyard swimming pool and jacuzzi. The restaurant staff was very gracious and the food was wonderful. I could only stay one night and wish I could have stayed longer! I will be back

The only issue I had was trying to figure out the shower, but once I found the little lever it was great. The room was comfortable and well appointed so I have no complaints about anything

very comfortable bed. nice clean room with plenty of room. the staff were nice, and helpful. the restaurant on site had good food for dinner. good free wifi. nice and close to both the airport and UCI.

the parking should be included in the price. there is plenty of space, but they use the fact that they have the airport next door for why they have you register and pay extra. I think it would be easy to incorporate that into who is staying to counteract the airport reasoning. We enjoy hearing the airplanes taking off and landing, but if you do not, then ask for a room that is not as near to the airport side.
