It’s exactly as shown. The room is very clean & no odor! The shower/tub is clean. It seems to be relatively recently renovated. The mirror is modern. Good shower head water pressure. It has microwave, fridge, TV & wall outlets within reach. I think the only thing I’d like is extra pillow ( which I probably could have ask for). Bring your own hairdryer if you use one. This inn is far cleaner than a place I stayed last time near K town. The location is quiet ( even passing vehicles not that bothersome to me). For a quick SoCal trip for a dragon boat race event, I certainly can see myself staying will here again.

The parking outside our room was taken. Thankfully we’re the only one at the back parking lot but if it is full, backing in to get in/out will be a little tricky.

The friendly n accommodating staff, very informative and involved wanting your stay to be the best. The best n most liked is they have rid the homeless around n made the area more safe by putting cameras everywhere and bright lights for safety and have 24/7 surveillance, The new management has definitely improved and cleaned the property up since I last visited

I wish there was a pool n patio to sit n enjoy... Maybe in the near future they are always making upgrades everyday. I'd recommend it to others.

The room/bed/bath were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to my activities. The cost was more than affordable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice, though I did not use them.

No coffee maker. Eek!!! No place within an easy walk to find coffee. Double eek! I would stay here gain, but I'd make sure to bring some instant day starter. Seriously, including a coffee maker would be huge.

It's a good place now, under new management n things are in process of major upgrades with focus on more comfortability, Safety n making sure the homeless traffic on that Street is eliminated n gone. Good things only to come I here.

The homeless situation they tend to gather in front late at night at least 2 times a year for a good month or so

The location is very close to a supermarket . A one minute walk to the grocery store is convenient. The staff was friendly and were very accommodating when I needed a little while longer than expected at checkout.

The price is a little bit high for the small room size and lack of vending machines.

The lady who helped us check in was very kind. The room was comfortable and had a fridge along with a microwave. The internet worked well and the tv had cable. They made sure our toiletries and towels were always stocked. I personally found it was at a good location from restaurants, coffee shops and a short drive to the pier.

I was very surprised with this hotel. Had never stayed at the facility before but found it very convenient and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Parking spaces are relatively small

That it had a microwave and a refrigerator and that when we needed help the person at the front desk did help us quickly

The bed could have been more comfortable

The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure and temperature control were great. The room did not have an antiseptic smell (which is a good thing)

There is somewhat a bare area on the ceiling, making one see the accumulated dirt.
