When we first arrived on May 31, the evening valet staff and I think it was Jack who helped with our luggage and Joshua at the front, can’t remember their names and the front desk were amazing. The staff at A+O Restaurant and Bar, Tia was also amazing. The evening staff is amazing.

The morning staff when we checked out on the morning of June 2 at front desk wrote our email address as we asked to email us the receipt only to find out the person which was a woman, can’t remember her name did not enter it as I called the morning of June 3 wondering if they had the correct email address because I did not receive the receipt yet. When I called, I didn’t feel the same service as I did with the evening staff. I had spoken to Laura for the receipt which she helped and then Susan when I asked about the water Pathway charge in which we did not take the aluminum water bottle and she didn’t sound so friendly when I asked about it. Although she said we would receive a refund.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. The food was delicious.

Cheap toilet paper. I would expect more from a resort like this. It was thin and rough and crappy. Also they charge $10 for a glass of milk for my baby which I asked them to warm up and they brought it scalding hot. We couldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant for dinner, they were completely booked. You would think since we were paying to stay there that we would get priority. We didn’t have a car so we had to walk somewhere for dinner.

The staff was exceptional...they offered us a glass of champagne while we were checking in. Our bed was turned down while we were out for dinner. Nobody does that anymore. When we were leaving, the valet offered us bottled water for the road. Our room was large and immaculate. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine...and the complimentary bottle of wine. They thought of everything to make us feel welcome.

Not a thing....we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We bought breakfast at the coffee bar. Perfect selections for the whole family. Ate by the pool some days. Lovely. Generally, the staff was well trained and customer focused and the rooms were spacious and lovely.

Slight musty odor in the hallways. Not all that unusual for a waterside hotel. This in no way indicates that the property was anything but pristine. Very well managed and maintained. I also thought that the nightly cost of valet parking, considering the price of renting two rooms, was excessive; however, I imagine that it is comparable to what is charged locally for a top-notch hotel.

Location, elegant . Comfy beds. Nice pillows and great food and servers

The hookers at the bar restaurant area working the guests. Was offensive to see and try to eat our meals. Their provocative attire and actions would tell about anyone why they were there. The manager in duty saw what wS going on and stood back and smiled with staff about it. After I left my dinner I discussed this matter with him and he explained why they weren’t removed

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean. The hotel's ideal location made it even better. The delicious breakfast provided added to the wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making it a truly pleasant stay overall.

On the downside, the hotel lacks beach access, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the expensive side.

Even thought there is only one restaurant, but we are satisfied with their breakfast and dinner. Very convenient location and good service. Considerate front desk team.

Air condition is loud durning bed time.

The breakfast was excellent in quality & service. The Valet Service was attentive & well organized. The pool was large and towels plentiful.

The wallpaper was peeling in our bathroom. It also could have been detailed (corners, baseboards etc.) a bit more closely. The vent for the AC needed cleaning badly.

This place really cares about all your needs. In a world competing for your attention, these guys deliver on every note, making you feel like you really matter. 10 rating and 5 stars across the board.

Loved the pool, the restaurant, the outdoor space, the softness of the bed and pillows. Loved the large tub and the separate walk in shower. Epsom salt was a great touch, thank you. Felt safe and relaxed.
