We loved the 3 different pools, fire pits, and fitness center! It was a beautiful property to walk around and very relaxing vibes!

Our room wasn’t the cleanest despite having the house keeping come in. They did a great job with making the bed and changing the sheets and taking out the trash. Our room to begin with was not very clean there was splatters on the walls in multiple areas and our ice bucket tongs had sticky brown stuff all over them like they weren’t cleaned before we got there.

The staff were incredibly accommodating when I needed a ride to my car and greeted me warmly at the front door. The bell boys, in particular, were exceptionally polite and professional, ensuring every detail was handled with care. However, I had to pay $40 for overnight parking which was disconcerting. I feel that this should be included as a perk as a hotel guest. It was a little far from the parking lot to the main lobby so I had to call a cart each time when going up the hill. Beverly and the bell boys clearly knew their roles well and worked seamlessly to enhance the guest experience. A kind Guatemalan man with salt-and-pepper hair who has been with the hotel for over 10 years went above and beyond by graciously stopping what he was doing and agreed to take photos of me in front of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. I was surprised that he would not even accept a tip! Please give this man a promotion. The experience left a lasting impression. My room was spotless, tidy, and inviting, adding to my overall satisfaction. However, I do wish there had been an extra blanket available, which I had asked for, but the blanket was thin. Also, it took awhile for the room to warm up and even then I had to sleep in my faux fur coat to stay warm.

The carpet could have been replaced with a brand-new one.

It was quaint and cozy. Not very luxurious but enough to feel you are at a decent place. Oasis pool was great for kids. Service came Quickly via texts. Not a huge ding but wish a bathroom was available at the pool. Otherwise have to walk quite a bit into the lobby to access restrooms all wet.

The layout of all the facilities take time to get used to but second day started to gel. Bathroom at the pool will be nice. More ev chargers than two Will be great.

The location was fantastic. It was close to the water and close to everything we needed. My 11 year old loved sleeping on the single pullout

The rooms are a little older and all the extras are expensive. Also, they scolded families for eating takeout food on their patio late at night when no one was even using the patio.

The property and grounds weee beautiful, staff was excellent. The room was fine, but nothing special. I wish there were more walking paths to explore the property - I walked the main paths saw part of the golf course and the tennis courts via parking lot. There was not an obvious way to see and explore. Foot path is limited. For the price, expected more from the room.

The resort had an Independence Day bbq on the highest hill of its golf course which then overlooked the harbor for the fireworks. Together with the music it was an awesome experience and very well done!

Room was comfortable, quiet, and located near the pool. The overall atmosphere of the property is perfect for refreshing, renewing, relaxing, and re-energizing. It is an oasis from the city with plenty of local activities.

Parking is high, even self-park.

My room was a mess when first checked in. I had coffee stains on the sheets and visible dirty on one of the beds. The bed looks like it was halfway through from getting made and I had a towel on the floor. Made me wonder if it was a clean one or not

Wonderful activities, pools, atmosphere, landscaping and staff. Pet and family friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and view good. Valet and bell services excellent.

Needs another shelf and towel rack in bthrm. Real cups and glasses would be more fitting for room. Slow service in restaurant.

Everyone was nice but the people at the bike rental. We chose to South Park and the parking was so oooooooooo fat away.. uphill, messy with piles of trash
