The front desk attendant Ruby was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WENT FAR AND ABOVE TO HELP ME GET SITUATED INTO MY ROOM!!! Definitely, set up NICELY for wheelchair access!!! Also, thanks for holding my belongings while I’m in the hospital. I’m currently still admitted and I’m suppose to be transferred to a nursing facility, afterwards. In which I’ll come and/ or send for someone to retrieve my belongings. As they (hospital has my belongings from my car rental in storage onsite, as of now). Sorry, I went to my doctor appointment and she told me to return to the hospital ASAP! Also, I added a day or two, but was hospitalized; the day of and I didn’t make it back on time as they admitted me.

It was missing the desk to hold the phone. So I was unable to charge my phone and watch near me. I’d prefer just one bed. Makes it easier to get into

The people in the office are good the location is good there's a lot of food around there there's a Target there's a harbor freight there's a McDonald's there's a Chick-fil-A Dave's chicken etc but the cleaning people are pretty rude they come pounding at your door. I know they're all about making money that's what they're in business for but like me basically homeless and it's costing me like a week like $700 I can't afford that and having some bad luck.

The location has an awesome variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, check in and check out were seamless. Friendly staff.

Room was clean but there was a slight mildew smell to it once I opened the door. I opened the window and had the air circulating and everything was good. The room I booked was supposed to be a queen but it seemed like a double, too small.

The staff is what keeps me coming back. The 2 managers that work during the day and even the nighttime staff make a big difference . I like the cleanliness, the prices and just the vibe in general. I have stayed there over the past 3 years at least 100 times and i chose it over the other 3 motel 6 locations that are even closer to my residence.

People here are pretty cool, no complaints there. The ice machine was down more than I would like. Otherwise it serves its purpose and keeps a roof over our head.

No microwave, a lot of pet owners don’t pick-up after their animals. Some sketchy people. I just want to mind my own business as should they…

I totally forgot about the breakfast. Location was very good for the Stiff Little Fingers concert at The Observatory at Harbor and MacArthur. Clean - I was concerned about our terrible, sad homeless problem, but the area seemed fine with no intimidating people. I had a very nice stay, and the concert was fantastic. Thank you.

from the management to the housekeeping everybody is really welcoming and you feel really good about staying there it's a clean place I give it a 10 altogether management is great everybody's great. I'd have to say this is the best motel 6 I've ever been.

The most beautiful motel 6 that I have ever stayed in it's very pretty very clean and it looked very fashionable up-to-date very stylish everything was superb.

Everything at the motel 6 in Costa Mesa was absolutely very accommodating no problems whatsoever very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful in the rooms were just very stylish and pretty

The room was cleaned and smelling good. Shower amazing. Good Internet. The refrigerator was working perfectly. Bed and pillows are awesome. I would come back to this hotel.

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! The property is super pet friendly and has some grassy areas with dog bags provided.
