The breakfast was too expensive, but there wasn't much else around within walking distance. It was delicious though and well cooked. Every staff member I came across was very pleasant. The room was comfy and clean. Good t.v. channel selection.

Soooo much traffic. Not much else to do around there. Nothing really within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and a great location. Great room for a good price.

I reserved the room for one night which was $156. Upon checking in, the clerk put a $460 charge to my card claiming it was a hold for incidentals?!? That kind of pissed me off since the card I used also happened to be my bank card. Now my bank funds are tied up for who knows how long. I’ve stayed at about 20 different hotel properties this year and this was the only hotel that did this to me.

While we didn’t use every amenity we liked the fact that there was a heated pool, a bar (with delicious espresso martinis might I add), friendly staff and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I don’t think there was anything in particular we didn’t like about the property. Everything was good.

Easy access to highway, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! Loved it! Breakfast was pretty decent as well.

Smelled like bug spray on our floor...

The hotel was conveniently located near the 405 and on Harbor Blvd. It was a clean room and stayed quiet inside the room. The pool was heated and my family had a great time!

It is a small thing but there was any much to walk to from the hotel. However everything was a short drive.

Roomy 3rd floor with balcony is really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels white and fluffy. All the staff were extremely nice.

Not having complimentary coffee. There was a little machine in the room but that's not quite the same.

The property was well kept and very clean. Location was quiet and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pullout bed from couch was a bit uncomfortable but the king bed was great

Very close to my work location. Able to grab breakfast and/or dinner at the bistro.

Bistro is a bit expensive. Extra charge for having a car.

Staff very friendly. Quiet location away from airport and freeways.

A little trouble regulating water temperature in sink and shower. Lights turned off by timer. I would have liked a night light in the bathroom. Heating/Air Conditioning unit response delayed, a little hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
