Everything was perfect and beautiful. The lobby was really nice. Like the patio in the back. Like the separation of the 2 beds with a wall in the room. A nice way not to disturb the person you're with and that the TV was in the middle between the 2 beds, so that both can watch the TV. Like that, it had a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower/tub. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Had some good choices. Only stayed for 1 night. Definitely will be staying here next time I visit SoCal again. Stayed Sunday, the 20th.

One of the elevators was out of order. Can't think of anything else.

Most Friendly staff I have experienced in the last few months with all the road trips I’ve been taking with my family!!! Clean everywhere you go in the hotel! Room service ladies were so quick with cleaning your room everyday. They were the best!!! Continental breakfast was great! Great choices everyday! Location of the hotel was close to restaurants, grocery stores, stores and a short distance to the beach!!! Lots of parking. Felt safe!

Continental breakfast in such a short time frame. Maybe add just one more hour. Hotel restaurant is way too high in my budget.

Ayres staff and location always great reliable place to stay. The week we went the pool had to be maintenance so was not available, luckily its close to the beach!. The pull out bed was too stained for my teen son to want to sleep on so he was disappointed in that but luckily the king bed is roomy enough for 2! Corners of rooms could use some vacuuming. Other than that everything else 10/10 would stay again!

We rested our heads here for an evening before flying out from LAX. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a touch of luxury. Black out blinds, great heating/cooling. A brilliant breakfast buffet, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom. What stood out the most were the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff at the desk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as great value!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got our room early and the early check in fee was waived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, we ate at the outdoor seating area and everyone was attentive to our needs.

The waffle makers were busy for breakfast, perhaps having one or two more would alleviate the backup.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was comfortable, shower was spacious. Breakfast was ok scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, bagels, waffles and some pastries. We stayed here for our Disneyland trip it did take about 25 min to get there.

From the first step that you take into this hotel you feel right at home. The staff is extremely happy and friendly to everyone. I didn’t see one unpleasant face from a staff member the three nights that we stayed there. Everything was exceptionally clean and was continuously cleaned during our stay. The breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and was very tasty. The location was perfect, close to the beach and our child’s college.

There is not one thing I can think of that this hotel could do better at.

The room was clean, great size bathtub, room included a fridge and microwave and the breakfast had great options. The staff was very friendly.

The only negative about our stay was that the hot tub was not warm at all and the pool was cold as well despite being told it was heated.

Honestly like everything about this hotel. Check-in was fast and easy. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Fitness center is solid with plenty of equipment. Everything worked too. Pool and spa were great. Grounds were well kept. Restaurant has decent options reasonably price. Free breakfast was very solid, better than any other place I've stayed. Parking is close and easy too. Love staying at this location.

There's nothing I didn't like about my stay at this location.
