the location was great! we stayed for just one night to attend a craft show the next day and to go out near huntington beach the night of our stay. everything was really simple to access - beach/bars were less than 10 min drive and the craft show was also a quick 10-15 min w/ restaurants on the way. very clean and taken care of. there was an ironing board & iron, as well as hangers to hang stuff up. free parking - my car was right outside our room. it was fun

there wasn't anything we didn't like. we felt safe, it was clean, and the staff was kind. plus everything was quickly accessible - there is an ice machine & a vending machine for cold water/soda. we were able to walk to get some alcohol also. maybe the pillows could have been bigger but honestly i slept fine!

The room was everything the photos showed on the web site completely remodelrd, and up to date. everytiing was super clean, and fresh. All of the amenities worked as one would expect: no painted tubs, sinks, counter tops, etc EVERYTHING is new including the bed. The parking lot had lots of open spots while the place was sold out. The only small isue one might have to consider is the new windows are about as cheep as it gets being thin single pane glass you get to hear every passing car on Beach Blvd. I stay at alot of hotels, and for the money this place is an easy pick so save yourself a few bucks by staying here.

Location to my event, cleanliness, ease of check-in, check-out, surprisingly quiet. While the rooms were small and lacked some comfort, it was well stocked with towels, iron, iron board, hangers and rack, small fridge and microwave. We didn't need much for this trip so this property worked out pretty well for us.

The lighting in the room was wildly bright and there was no option to dim or have a soft light on. Beds were incredibly hard. Coffee maker wasn't even worth the effort, very dated and no real coffee options.

We traveled there for a five day Chiropractic package. The hotel was located just a block and a half away, so we were able to walk back-and-forth. Was a perfect location for that. Clean and comfortable as well.

Only complaints were that there is nothing to set luggage on and not a single place to hang a towel in the room. Certainly not a dealbreaker, just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.

Good value for money, room was clean enough and maid came to housekeep daily. Air con, tv and facilities worked fine and was quiet enough during the night although if you are a light sleeper, the noise on the main road may keep you up. Towels and bed were clean too

They asked that I pay a 100$ deposit in cash when checking in. When I checked out the guy told me I would get it back on the card I used to pay following on from room inspection. Checked my booking and it said I would be reimbursed in cash when checking out so good thing I challenged this and showed him info otherwise I may not have gotten deposit back. He checked the room before I left and I got my money back so ok in the end.

No breakfast offered--I wish there was breakfast I liked the plants that were outside of the door I liked the cleanliness of the room Bed was comfortable

The motel was convenient and affordable for the Surf City Half Marathon. The room looked recently updated, nice, not five star fancy, but I didn't need fancy for a pre-run, one night stay, just, safe, clean, with basic amenities. It met those requirements. My room had a microwave and mini fridge, always a plus. The staff I met were pleasant. I would stay here again.

The mattress was a bit firm, but not unbearable. Just a heads up if you prefer a really soft mattress.

I had a large room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was In a good location with a variety of places to get food nearby.

There was no place to hang my clothes. It could be because it was a paraplegic room and they thought it would be difficult from a wheelchair to reach it.

The location to Main Street and the beach is great. The room was updated beautifully and the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room were exceptional. The nightly rate was very affordable

The inside makeover is very nice. I’ll do this motel agin and again. No disturbance amenities fridge,microwave and coffee pot with coffee. The linen is pristine white and fluffy( the towel fits)the bed is really comfortable with array of pillows. Just great for the price.😀
