Pool & hot tub were available. There was 2 other hotels which I won't name in the same area- the Pool(s)hot tub(s) were not available & it was advertised pool/ hot tubs- when we checked in neither one of the hotels mentioned the pool/ hot tubs were not available- we found out after we got ready yo go down to the pool- !!!!🤬- We got refunds& left!

Took awhile to check out 20 minutes- should have been a quicker/ smoother check out.

I woke up with a sore stiff back. The bed was way too soft and not the greatest price for a one night stay. I mean it worked, but I don't believe it was worth the price.

We asked for handicap accessible room and it was located on first floor near the front of the buildings for easy access. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a retro refrigerator and microwave as expected. The room was clean and easy to use.

The only negatives were that there was not place to hang up clothes and the showerhead had a rubber gasket that had slipped out of place and was leaking down the handle while taking a shower.

you guys should change all the bed cover because the attendant say all the bed have cigarette burn and the room soooo smells. cigarette I thought is no smoking. and the cleaning should spray freshener. if they clean the room . very very smelly. the homeless park in the parking lot they mak rubbish’s.

After a while of not coming to this location, the staff have improved tremendously and the rooms aren’t as bad. The AC was good and the tv channels too. I usually come here to take some time to study for finals or test so I appreciate the table and seats in the room. I wish they had a loyalty program because I come here often and could probably get points to earn a free stay haha. overall, it’s good for the price (though it is getting pretty pricy).

outside of the property does look a little run down but nothing bad . . . a lot of shady people for sure and sometimes homeless.
