This hotel is a newer structure and very well maintained. It also has a parking garage for guests which is easily accessible. The room was large and quiet, beds very comfortable, nice bathroom too. The breakfast options are typical to the chain with a limited fruit selection, otherwise it was fine. Easy access to the highway makes the location ideal to explore the local attractions and shopping centres. Friendly staff, would stay here again.

We arrived 3 hours prior to check-in. Our room was already available, but we were told that if we wanted to use it earlier we would have to pay $50 extra. I did not expect this from a chain hotel in this location.

Very clean and nicely updated rooms. Daily breakfast choices were very good. Pleasant lobby and coffee, tea and cookies available daily were a nice touch. Neighborhood a little iffy - but my husband and I felt safe to walk where we needed to during the day hours. We will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast is really good. It’s served in a small room, though, and gets unpleasantly crowded toward closing time. Go early. Everything is nice for the price—you’re well located but the particular area of the hotel is not too appealing. If you want to walk for dinner, Our Bar is a block away. It’s a small bar that also serves really good food (w/ a kid’s menu). Our teen loved it.

Nothing to complain about really. It’s not a 4-star hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had both hot and cold choices.

It was on a busy industrial street, not noisy but not vacation like. Fine for us who were out most of time but no pool for those who require that feature.

A smallish hotel with clean, pleasant rooms. Breakfast was better than many peer hotels. Very much liked the free underground parking. We were visiting Orange Coast College, and this location was convenient to OCC and also a little beach exploring at Newport Beach.

That they have a safe parking garage, they put us close to the pool. The staff was very friendly. The room was really clean. I like that it came with the big shampoo , conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower.

The only thing I can complain about is the pillows it’s like you’re laying on nothing and it left a kink in my neck that took two days to go away.

Clean and convenient

It was clean and located just 2 miles from all the stuff in Costa Mesa.

No pool. The parking was difficult, and it was not as ADA friendly as I would have liked.
