Great location, in proximity to a mall plaza, restaurants and easy access to free ways and down the road from Huntington Beach. Staff are super helpful and friendly and the room service team did a great job keeping our room feel fresh and like home. Felt safe within the facility and area and the microwave was a great addition.

Our shower head pressure was quite weak and didn’t spread properly so it took longer to shower, was sad to not have a safe but kept things in my luggage, I think there could’ve been a bit more of a variety to the breakfast it but had everything you needed. Other than that it it’s a strong long term stay.

Room: the sink had a bad sewer smell, I asked housekeeping about it, they only cleaned the drain stopper with bleach, but the smell did not go away, and we stayed there for 10 days. Breakfast (1) server was always in a bad mood. I would say "good morning" or ask for something, and she would never reply and or would be rude. (caucasion women). The other server was ALWAYS welcoming and more than happy to help.

The pillows were really OLD and had no stuffing left. Definately needs to be replaced when needed. Housing keeping should be more aware of that. The bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels are OLD and scratchy need to be replaced. Housing keeping should be more aware of when they need to be replaced.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the bed, it's super comfy with soft pillows. I liked having a smart tv and big couch which could also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower were very big and spacious, really enjoyed that. The room was amazing overall. I also liked that they had snacks, medicine and water available to buy, sometimes you just forget something and don't feel like going out to the shops. I had a late checkout on the last day and the receptionists were more than happy to take care of my luggages while I was out exploring.

There was one day where the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bins were emptied however the rest of the room was left undone. It could have been by mistake but I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. The window couldn't be fully opened, I assume maybe because the room was on the ground floor and people could have access from outside. The problem is it gets stuffy with the fitted carpeting so being able to open the window would help with air circulation. Breakfast was mostly good, although some days it seemed like there wasn't a lot of food variety.

The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.

The breakfast was very basic for our taste. It would be nice to add vegan alternatives. The shower was not well cleaned; we found hair from the previous guest on it. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to clean the trash every day.

Location was close to the airport and walking distance to both shopping, dining, and the offices I needed to meet at. That being said, the property is lovely and access to working spaces both in my room and in the lobby were helpful. Breakfast was great. Staff was kind. Market/snack options were broad. I didn't get to use the patio due to my own time constraints but it was gorgeous. My room was very close to it and despite it being used into the later evening it wasn't disruptive to my rest.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

Our room faced a very busy intersection & there was a constant hum of traffic & car horns. We were also located near the lifts & the lifts sounded a "bing bong' every time they opened. Glad I had ear plugs.

The location is so good,very easy to move to mall as well as food court.Big car parking area.Breakfast is served everyday but not too much choices.There is laundry room and it is useful if you travel with kids.

The room is cleaned every 3 days but in fact my room is cleaned after 5 nights and made at least 2 phone calls to front desk.

Staff is great, beds are super comfortable! Location, next to a large shopping mall was convenient.

There is no on-site food service. Of course, there are multiple restaurants just across the road, but for an overnight, I didn't love having to cross over to eat out.

Loved the location, shopping centre across from the hotel and the 405 around the corner.

Had to pay for parking (10€) and that the room service is every 3 days (not that it’s a problem) but when I asked “what do we do with towels that have been used” they said at the desk, to put them outside the room door. I found that a little tacky cause when we arrived to our floor the first thing we saw was towels on the hall way. Not a good look.

Very clean - smelled amazing everywhere. The breakfast included with your stay was great. Staff was beyond friendly. Extremely relaxing stay - which was a nice surprise. Great surprise also to be next to an enormous mall.

Price could have come down another $25 but that is just travel these days.
