There were plenty of amenities and they were all neatly laid out, the room smelled nice and the beds were clean and comfy. The quality and care put into the room exceeded my expectations!

The breakfast was passable, the eggs were a bit wet and had a strange flavor potentially due to what they were reconstituted with. The toast and bread were also tough for some reason. I don't really hold this against the hotel though, because most hotels I have been to do not have restaurant grade meals, for the value of this hotel, it is wonderful that they provide breakfast every morning.

I'm happy I picked this Best Western!! The room was clean and comfortable, the pillows were extra squishy. Bathroom was nice too. There was a microwave and fridge combo, which is always a nice bonus! The biggest plus, was the breakfast every morning. They had a great selection from hot food like egg and sausage, some colds like cereal and yogurt, plus toast, some pastries, and fruit. The staff kept it well stocked!! Staff was also very kind and pleasant in every department.

The parking in the front area could be a little tight, especially with other guests having big trucks. There was more parking on the other side of the building though, so there's plenty of options either way. Wish I had gone in the pool!! That's my biggest regret!

Room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. Just about enough parking available, but nice to have free parking. Breakfast and grab and go setup in the morning was really good.

Rooms were a little tired, including mattress that sagged in the middle slightly. Bathrooms were clean but dated. On a couple of occasions the car park was full when we returned to the room, so I was told I could park in a loading area instead. There seemed to be an ambulance service parking their vehicles on site also, who without, might have helped ensure guests a spot. Not a big deal but something to consider.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. We felt safe and comfortable. Room was spacious. Our favorite part was the patio and little putting green out back of our room. It made it so nice to visit with our other family that we're staying at the hotel as well.

Cleanliness could have been a little bit better. The hotel could use some attention on maintenance and cosmetic updates.

Good for a motel, can't complain. Clean and I didn't see any bugs, mold, or other nasty things. Shampoo, lotion, soap, and tissues were given. Shower/toilet and sink/basin were separate, which helps if you are sharing a room. Staff were polite. There's a filtered water dispenser in the lobby.

The location was in a very nice area and was very satisfied to get an upgrade to the king suite. Very large cozy hotel, with a couch, tv, kitchen with stove, and large bathroom. The beds were actually the most comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. The hotel was not outdated like most hotels I stay at, and had a beautiful view outside. It was a very comfortable safe stay at this property.

The property was beautiful. Perfect size complex. I appreciated getting a room on ground floor since I am unable to climb stairs. Our room was lovely & our view outside our sliding glass door was perfect & so close to the pool!!! Thank you. It was a great time together for my two sons & myself as we were close to the beach & many restaurants. Clean room as well throughout. Staff was kind & very accommodating!!!! I'm sure the breakfast was good as I saw others enjoying it & it smelled good too. We decided to skip breakfast so we could get to beach before the crowd. Thank you for everything!! OH!!! The parking was outstanding......everyone had their own spot!!!!(good planning)

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decently good and the presence of several choices was appreciated.

The only thing I would say that needs more maintenance is the air/ventilator in the bathroom. It's quite loud and at times would barely work.

The room was clean. It had a little grassy area outside the sliding glass door. Close for freeway, food, and gas. They were very quick to respond to request. Our refrigerator was not not working and they swapped it out almost immediately. While we stayed there one week and didn't asked to have our room cleaned while we were there, the cleaning staff were always quick to respond to requests for additional towels or more trash bags. As soon as we put our trash outside the room, they were picked up immediately.

While okay, the beds were a little soft to my preference. The breakfast offered, while kind of standard, was not too exiting. Cold cereal, yogurt, frozen waffles, bread for toasting, etc. The warm offering were lacking in that the scrambled eggs were watery. There were also a potato option and sausage, as well, but were also subpar. I think they tried, given the space available for the breakfast, but it definitely was not the one of the best I have had.

I like cleaning services, some of the staff are very friendly, the location is about 10 minutes to go anywhere.

They had to maintain the first room, then the second room. Need to update more.
